Party B - Who pays part consideration but not the full amount due to which the sale deed is not executed.
Party C - To whom Party A sells the plot/land through a registered Sale Deed.
What happens to the advance money given by Party B to Party A, If by chance Party A doesn't return the amount or deducts unnecessary charges, under what Law can the Party B sue Party A to get their money back.
