Mam Apne jo example diya hai A,B,C ka 6:30 time pe ume Apne B ( wife) Ko hi ostensible owner bataya. Per registration toh B k Naam hai vo toh real owner hoya na ?. Kyu ki ostensible owner means those who represents the real owner . Or TPA m real owner Wahi hai jiske Naam p registration hai.
