  • From a coffeeshop at Old Airport Road to Sims Vista, the Pang family culinary continues to thrive! Meet Lionel Pang, a passionate 22-year-old hawker, who's taking the reins from his dad, Mr Pang Kin Cheng, to serve up some traditional roast meats.
Under his father's expert guidance, Lionel's skills have been finely honed. Their stall is a haven for lovers of authentic, charcoal-roasted delights: roast duck, Char Siu, and the must-try Sio Bak, known for its ultra-crunchy skin and succulently juicy meat.
The smoky, crispy-skinned duck and the manually caramelized Char Siu are not just meals; they're experiences crafted with dedication. And guess what? Each plate comes with a side of soul-soothing soup, featuring a new flavour every day!

This string started 30 March 2024. Just few weeks back, please note after your increased the price by $1 your rice quality dropped a LOT. To confirm the finding I ate twice over 2 weeks subsequently. Quality of rice is poor, hard to chew. Please take a leaf from fried rice stall next to you. Good quality rice but by all means charged more don't spoiled your wonderful meat reputation. Look at the queues now its much shorter than before not solely on price increases but quality of your rice spoiled your meat reputation as a whole set meal. Please rectify before it's too late. Best still offer discounts for a short period as form of apologies for the poor rice quality.
