Was at this show but in front of the stage in a smallish crowd. I miss Neal a lot and am grateful to have caught him at Terrapin on a number of occasions. Such a great voice, musician and soul 💙🦋💙
Saddened that I find such immense talent, solely on news of their passing. Surely crushing news for those who were family, friends and loving fans. I hate that so many of us have been affected by the loss of someone we love to suicide. Life becomes overwhelming with so many questions. Thank God for recordings such as this one to hold on to.
Well damn. That's a heaping spoonful of rock soul there. I'm slowly coming around to Neil's work by way of other musicians who've spoken about how his life touched theirs. Recently saw Tyler Ramsey play his tribute to Neil - "Flare" - and I've been finding it as beautiful as it is sad. Neil, I hope you're resting in the company of the music-makers who inspired you.
3 Dog Night never got the recognition they deserved because the geniuses said they only did covers. They put this song on the map in 1971 and this is a great cover!!!
@@kinggavs It was. They never wrote any of their own songs. They had a few guys that wrote songs for them and they covered some others. There are some great TDN documentaries out there.
Niel choose death never life now lost for eternity Please choose Christ Jesus E loves each of us everyday is a new chance at life Please turn to Jesus Christ He loves you so much
REST IN PEACE NEAL. We will miss you.
This video is in a frequent rotation for me. What a super-group of guys in this band.... Such a great performance.
