I've been watching Melle Mel reactions for 3 days straight now, and i'm dying.😂😅 EDIT: 5 days of dying now! Edit: 30 days and still dying on these replays 😂😂 Edit: 63 days and still 🤣 🤣
I love every one of these reactions! The rollercoaster ride from start to finish. From the anticipation of listening to something great or interesting then to 🤔🤨😳😖😡🤬🤦🏽♂️
Ive watched all 3 of these vids. They make me laugh so much . Especially the reactions to 12345678. I watch about 50% of all the reactors shown on the 3 vids on the regular. Its all been funny. I gotta give it up to mel , he brought comedy to rap reactions
I am lost for words.. By him being a veteran Rapper maybe he would have thought that wouldn't fly in a diss song.. Counting may work in a club/party/dance song but a diss track you can't be wack.. You got to come with your A game on it..
I know how this happened. Everybody who worked on this behind the scenes was actually Eminem's friends. So when Mel put this to them they were like "Yo, this fire! You really showed him who the greatest is. He ain't never gonna get over this burn!" That's the only scenario that makes sense. They let him torch his legacy on purpose.
Actually I feel that anyone that heard this before he put it out was Mel’s yes men and the same age as him. So they thought it was fire as well. This is a pure classic 1982-1983 diss track.
To be honest, this isn't a masterpiece of MelleMel. But hey, are all Enimem songs good? The fact is that all of these "Reactors" never have seen nor touched a real vinyl record!
@@nobbiomaticI wouldn’t be so sure.. the reactors live the culture. As far as Eminem making bad stuff. Don’t tell you are gonna compare Eminem’s bad music to Melle Mel’s diss track. Not the same. Eminem’s worse is better everyday of the week..
"Is he referring to the kickback in his old man chair so he can take a nap"?!? That has to legit be one of the most hilarious things I've ever heard on a reaction video. 1:06
Something just hit me by watching the reactors to the diss. And it kinda makes me sad. To start I am 45, I remember "The Message" from Mel back in the day. Lyrical masterpiece of the time. Realizing there are folks all over the western world (who know Eminem) reacting to this........f**king garbage "ahem" diss "ahem" track. I doubt like hell anyone in Europe knew Melle Mel before this crap started a year or so ago, nor would I think a Millennial/Gen Z would do to his hits being well 40+ years old. So they would never know this guy was the reason lyrical masters like Eminem are here now. They just know THIS. And that is all they know. Now Mel did this to himself, make no mistake about that. The damage to his legacy is most likely irreparable. I kinda hope that like he gets off the juice shit, gets his act together or something.....realize shitting on hip-hop artists that came after you (He did almost all of them) and Em just cause he is white.....it is not it. Hip-Hop (when I was a kid at least) was your skillsets, and making yourself stand out in the game. Respect for the ones that came before and laid it down, and even a little love for the new ones continuing the journey through the doors you opened. Eminem does all of that. Even gave Melle Mel props in his R&R Hall of Fame speech, while Mel was beginning his rants. Mel ain't done that. And that is a tragedy. He is a founder, and if not for his whatever this is........he would certainly be getting his flowers in truckloads. But now every person in the world who might not have heard about him before Eminem fell out his mouth......they might never go back and look at the artistry back then, and appreciate his contributions. And I do not blame them.
What's funny is there are people on the reactions who know him from "The Message" and are baffled as to why he wrote his diss track like this. The message itself was a diss, reminder and a warning how you went from that to diss?
The funniest part about this is that he wrote and recorded this shit in a studio , & actually thought to himself it was the ultimate diss track against ‘Em!!
That's the sad part.. I'm mad as hell at the producers/engineers/his friends who let this track get approved.. Like they could have stopped this from happening.. Seriously..
I feel like so many people tried to stop him but knowing his personality he properly he kept saying "I'ma legend. You know who I am? Put more gunshots in there and play the beat!"
Melle Mel is clearly the Will Smith of retro hip hop. Not only was this the corniest diss track I've ever heard but I don't think I heard one cuss word. He already stained his legacy by being a racist and mentioning Eminem's skin color anytime he wants to discredit Em's greatness. Now he just made himself the laughing stock of the rap game.
Don't know much about music history huh? The artists back then rarely cursed, including the rappers. They didn't start putting warning labels on music until the late 80's.
He only ruined it with young kids who didn't know who he was in the first place, and who would have NEVER known him if this whole thing hadn't taken place
I never understood why everyone gave props to Mel! I always thought he was corny. His style of rap never took off. That's why everyone changed up there style and made rap what it is today.
I mean, The Message is pretty much the reason it's emcees at the fore. Melle Mel changed hip hop as the primary songwriter for Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, his impact really can't be understated, but this was.... Bad. Lol.
Eminem could literally fall asleep with out bothering anyone and wake up in the morning with a new diss on him. like he literally doesn't even do shit to the people that attack him. I don't get it! It seemingly always comes from left field.
Melle Mel is singlehandedly trying to retroactively upstage Bozo for the most popular clown in the history of the world. I'm fucking dying at these reactions, big ups for this! XD
“The Message” changed my life… this flattened my soul.😫😫😫
I sincerely wish someone had a video of Eminem’s legitimate reaction.
Everyone keeps saying this, but honestly, he probably felt bad having to put one of the greats out of his misery.

"Put your mic back in it's coffin" had me rolling. 🤣
