@@DivineKaze I never knew that. My '15 didn't have it and when the '18s came out I just assumed everyone I saw got the active exhaust pack. I moved away from Mustangs in 2017 to a M3 so I didn't pay much attention to em anymore. Currently thinking about coming back to the good ole N/A American V8 life but these prices are making me standoffish. I spec'd a '24 GT premium and it was $65k! For that type of money I can stay in German territory and gap any S650 mustang on the street and track. I saw a video of a new 3.0L BMW M2 RWD stock with a 6 speed manual gap a Dark Horse in the quarter mile 3x in a row... and the Dark Horse was more expensive than the M2. Idk who Ford's target consumer is with these new S650s with that kinda cost/performance ratio.
It’s self preference I got 3inch corsa double x pipe with catless long tube headers with 3 inch dumps raspy af and loud growls at idle and screams when downshifting. I had 3 inch h pipe also sounds good but to me it doesn’t scream the same as a x pipe.
I had the X Pipe on my S550 because it sounded better on the S550 than the H Pipe. For some reason the H Pipe sounds better than the X Pipe on the S650. If I get an S650 I’ll definitely get an H Pipe.
Man, dollar for dollar, you don't get a more beastly car than a used coyote. In no other OEM car can you reliably sing 8 cylinders up to 8,000 rpm for the prices you can find them at.
I like the sound of the Roush mufflers especially when combined with the h-pipe the best instead of straight pipes. Still loud but tuned smoothly without an obnoxious raspy exhaust leak sound.
Hey Yo....Depending how u option it and what trim u have u can get quad exhaust.. it's the performance package but u have that choice of dual or quads Chico but it sounds good ... Keep up the good work on to the next one
I just think it’s way too tinny and metallic for me, had to go with corsa double h w the xtreme quads. I did the same thing cutting the rear valence for the quad tips, it’s way way way cheaper and quicker than ordering that $500 valance and waiting for it to ship. Just takes time and a good eye to make it look good. Nice car though 🐎
The H pipe. It's not a smooth balance pipe like the X is, so it makes that sound when you have no mufflers. I put duals on my old Suburban with an H pipe, made the same noise, sounds like a boat. I put an x pipe on it, smoothed it out and sounded a lot better.
@@angrybadger8136 It might perform slightly better at lower rpm but it depends on the setup. The X pipe usually does better at mid-high rpm, but again it depends, might not always be the case. Either one does better than separate pipes, at any rpm and throttle position, and sounds better too.
Just another muffler delete that sounds like crap. Have to wonder if he (owner) used his moms electric carving knife or dads fish filet knife on the cutouts. 🤣😂Surely there is a position open at the Hackaddicts shop, he will fit right in!

Bro…that bumper cut up job was terrible for starters. Then to leave the tips against the plastic..knowing the tips are gonna get hot?? Y’all are out of your minds
That’s literally an aftermarket H-pipe with stock mufflers for the “roush H-pipe” of course it’s quiet. And the “straight pipe” isn’t even straight pipe. If it has an H or X, much less cats, it isn’t straight. I can’t believe someone hacked the bumper up and did a cheap muffler delete on a brand new mustang. Crack is a hell of a drug.
I’m on a Facebook group for the new Mustang’s. It’s embarrassing how many people do it. Could have just ordered an active exhaust car and got quad tips factory. Or ordered the factory valance and looked right.
That bumper cut makes me want to cry.
Looks really bad
Same fam same, wtf we’re they doing smh
Can’t tell unless close up
Agreed. It looks terrible. On a nice brand new Mustang? Wow. He wanted that look a little bit too bad.
100 db idle is insane!
It’s very clearly idling at 79db.
ist the cold start
The reason it came stock with the single tip is because it didn’t have the active exhaust option, the active exhaust comes with dual tips.
18+ s550s came with dual tips, active exhaust or not. Ford is just gatekeeping dual tips to the active exhaust.
@@DivineKazethat rear looks like it can be swapped out

@5:06 is he getting straight pipes, that little car? If so, gotta hear it lol
H is so much better than an x on a coyote

Totally agree, the double H from corsa gave me the deeper tone I was looking for instead if the tinny, metallic sound
@@gera__5.036I can just hear how tingy that setup is just from that description.
@@booya6437 Yup it is and that’s how I like all my cars and trucks. Reminds me of a nascar raw sound 💪

Thank you!
H pipe has so much more depth and grunt to the sound than an X pipe. Really impressive sound
I hope that apt building across the street wont be a problem when people start moving in
Straight pipe the smart car
Busa swapped, maybe 🤔
Nice work! But doesn’t look good cut that would make me sick 2024😩

Am i the only one who likes the flutter? Sounds like its inhaling after roaring 😎🦁
.....that smart car looked kinda good, not gonna lie😂I wanna hear that next
I feel like the next facelift they should do is make the front bumper stick out a little further than the hood like the 03 04 mustangs.
Nice video format
I agree. This is PERFECT
I've heard Borla exhaust, Corsa exhaust on these coyotes, and I gotta say, this setup sounds wicked. Nice job.
Nice work! 🔨🤘🏻😎 Sounds very nice. 💀
i hate loud idle unless a v8 cam but a screaming idle is insane.

Thanks for the info
My man is gonna freak out once he sees Premuim mustangs
Love the side by side comparison.
My goal is to bring the craziest, one-off car to this shop. Maybe a Factory Five Racing F9R with a 632ZZ crate engine. 😀
Perfect sound!
Used to have this same set up on my gen 2. Was not quite as loud. Idk if cause mine is lower compression or what
MaroStang 😂back def looks like a Camaro love h pipe on any Mustang deep tone if chefs kiss
i would have installed valvetronic universal mufflers
as a 5.0 owner it needs a reso i have hi flows H pipe vibrant like 12in reso and nothing else and its deep guttural and loud when you get on it

It has no mufflers. Roush mufflers sound better than no mufflers. My 2017 Stang GT 5.0 has Roush and there is no fluttering sound.
The rear is designed after a certain year, maybe 67? The Fastback actually had that crazy V slant in the back.
Sounds pretty good! Adding an h or x pipe to these factory mufflers just doesn't cut it.
Bumper looks like absolute garbage
Terrible
I'll never get why after doing quad tips for 2018 -2023 GT's, ford would only do quads on the active exhaust cars.
Why does it make those flapping noises at the end of the revs???
That's the effect you get with catalytic converters, H pipe, and no mufflers
Sounds great good upgrade
X pipe also give a little more torque on the bottom end
Sounds okay, but would rather go with other types of exhaust setup's imo
That’s a mean growl at idle
A ghost cam tune would sound awesome…

S650 body style.
R.i.p to the owners hearing
Dream car 😍
Will a straight pipe resonator delete with active exhaust on a 2024 mustang sound good??
H or x pipe with stock mufflers will sound good. Better than non active imo
X pipe will take away the awful decel in some cars
Haven't heard an american v8 with an H pipe that didn't sound good.
what rims are those sheesh
