Torpedo 2.0? I was like "perhapskis?". Turns out Scrapman DEMOLISHED the competition again. Those races really put him on a whole new level. It's like the friend that knows all the ins and out of a game and you can never beat him.
Really think you guys should add a rule that if a run is sub :30 or something it's invalid. At that point it's simply bad luck and isn't representative of the build imho. Still a great video as usual and enjoyed seeing the Prof get his redemption round, just think it should be a rule by default.
So basically a max complexity cube of 4x8s. I think that's the most bulk per complexity you can get. Put the plates in a grid pattern and put some space between layers to further reduce each individual impact. The core should be a destructible seat to have a clearly defined and timeable goal. I wonder what would be better for destruction: More kinetic energy (supersonic missiles) or more explosives.
"Oh so these extra bits are for better maneuverability?" "No, they're there to contain my power." Btw, it's counterintuitive but you only really needed a tight upside down shield with some vertical offset to cover above the water. It could still cover everything from the sides and below and if anything hits you from straight up, well you're straight up dead anyway. Oh another thing, a quick slow-mo replay would be nice for the kill shots, they're super cool but you blink and you missed it.
And also, Scrapman accuracy really terrifying, You can see yzuei getting destroyed right after scrapman respawn on the bridge. (Also cognito survived 11 second after scrapman completely annihilated him)
@@ahnffy yeah true very true, usually when they do these challenges scrap man most of the time if not about all the time hits on target or close enough the reason the guys get lesser times well kinda.

Maybe have the missiles go HUD off? It'll give the runner a slight advantage with the hunters having to reacquire visual on them again. It won't be absolutely unfair for ground and sea versions because they'll be the thing kicking up all the dust or making a wake. Sky and space, HUDs probably need to be on, but going a round without them would be interesting as well. So.....What about space? I'd love to see one of the overpowered challenges, but scrapman basically builds a 50 power core vehicle that aims to be around 500 mph with some hybrid glide and temporary dive abilities. It'd very interesting to see all of you do a boss battle against that since you could restrict the weapons to be above and below the vessel. Forcing who ever is driving it to sort of dolphin dive to best destroy enemies and avoid fire themselves.
Scrapman, you're so good at making and using your builds that the only way to nerf you without making things completely unfair for you is to use the round robin build swap format.
You guys should try to make kinetic space weapons, "God Rods". All it really does is drop a metal rod down to the planet surface. I feel like pistons would do the best job at giving them some initial speed, and then the height you place the satellite would determine the impact speed. It would have to be done on the space map. So ,any bonus rounds, but I would love to see the unfair version with the rule that you have to stay close to the island, so the turning slows you down.
You guys should do 'Realistic' torpedoes. Real torpedoes carry large yields, and detonate BELOW their target rather than on impact. It would be interesting to see how that raft-like battleship without a keel or the overpowered battleship would fare against 8 or 10 dynamite.
I have a great idea!!! So you need to build a ring obstacle line consisting of maybe 5 circle rings, spac out say event spaced, but!!
