Melvin Shmurda nice! Usually just take the top off carbs and clean a bit. Pull jets and clean and fresh fuel and away u go. Check trans level too. Also time totally advance should not exceed about 20.
Just got the engine sadly, buying a car to put it in eventually, currently getting it running, has about 90psi of comp on all three, pretty decent for a engine i bought cause it didnt budge and was classified as scrap. Picking apart the carb and putting it in a ultrasonic cleaner
How much do you torque the pulley down?
40 ft lbs. at Bonneville we go 50 ft lbs!
