      You might notice Kohberger is not presenting a side other than an alibi that fits in with the Prosecution's evidence of where he was on that night. He has no alibi. Not once during the time frame that the murders occured did he drive past any of the hundreds of cameras in the area that would put him somewhere else nor did he use his phone, internet search, looking for music etc, not one thing that puts him anywhere else.

      @jordansharpe2886 Месяц назад +1

      @@aye7916 Is it bias though? Or is it just them drawing the obvious conclusion from analyzing the evidence?
      Just because he hasn't been found guilty in a court of law doesn't mean the media is biased for acknowledging it looks bad for him. The evidence is what it is, and he hasn't tried to explain any of it. Just put his garbage in plastic bags and stuck in the neighbors trash, when he got arrested all he asked was if anyone else had been arrested. No "What's going on?!" Why am I being arrested?"
      Even for his plea he chose to stand silent over declaring his innocence for a quadruple murder.
      So no, I don't think drawing the conclusion it looks bad and he 99.9% certainly did it is actually "bias". Sometimes the answer is just obvious and we're waiting to see if the court gets it right.

    • @kailchipzz
      @kailchipzz Месяц назад

      @jordansharpe2886 We actually don't have many facts. Bill Thompson mentioned in this last hearing that a lot of the info the media has reported on is false. A PCA is not even a factual type of document. It is literally just the State's theory of what happened. Most PCA's end up not being correct. I think you are looking at the case with the wrong mindset. I mean if you watch this kind of content to see a defendant go down then, alright, you do you, everyone likes something. I personally would just never assume I have any facts at this point in the case because I've had enough experience to know that we know NOTHING at this point. Even if the statistical likelihood of him being guilty is high, there is no way someone should be at 99.9% guilt at this point lol. I wish our law enforcement were actually that good...they are most certainly not.

    The part she neglects to point out is that they have an expert witness who has years of law enforcement, government and commercial experience in figuring this kind of stuff out… he started a company specifically to help law enforcement pinpoint locations using geolocation and RF data… he trains law enforcement on how to do these very things… and if the defense doesn’t hand over the discovery that they keep refusing to hand over, which will prove that either the excoriating evidence was ignored or deleted (depending on what that CAST report says that Thompson won’t hand over), that this gentleman is going to testify that Kohberger wasn’t there, and that what they have pulled off the phone so far, and pictures obtained from independent sources on the route show him on the way to wawawai park at the times the police said he was driving to Moscow…

Fake troll IG account - no photos of victims. Not in the area. Slash wounds show different 'techniques' indicating more than one person. People of interest flee the state. 8-hour delay in reporting crime. Tampered crime scene. Changing and manipulated press releases from prosecution and Idaho law. UI destroying the crime scene. A vegan who refuses to eat cross-contaminated prepared food isn't going to want to slash and dash around blood/flesh. The crash white Alantra found in EUG, OR, was owned by the landlord of the 1122 King Road house. One better start looking at a planted sheath and the other three DNA samples are found at the crime scene. One better start looking at the drug connection and the Sigma Phi Fraternity, plus the two Davids. The killers are still on the loose and it isn't Kohberger. You can't convict with no evidence.

    There were no moon and stars to be seen that night. It was overcast with very poor driving conditions to boot-drizzle, mist, fog, and black ice in spots. The road to Boyer Park, which Wawawai Road transverses, is a narrow, too-lane road. It’s treacherous in bad weather conditions. This would be no relaxing drive. It’s very steep as well, with sharp drop offs on both sides. Even with a 4-wheel drive pickup with studded tires it would have been a white-knuckle trip-nothing fit for a poorly-equipped Elantra. Moreover, the alibi lacks a complete, specific timeline for the locations of BK’s car and phone. The prosecution will pick it apart. Regards from Moscow.

When you’re living away from home and you don’t have a lot of friends or much to do, driving around listening to music and looking at the stars is quite relaxing. This is not odd at all. To all those saying there’s a ton of evidence in the case, I disagree. This case, from what we know so far, plagued with a plethora of reasonable doubt. As far as the tiny trace amount of touch DNA on the knife sheath - that could have been transferred there. I can’t understand why more attention and concern is not given to the two roommates who waited till noon to call the authorities AND who called in a bunch of friends to a quadruple homicide scene as early as 8 am. I've been saying for many months, there are other people surrounding the victims, that seem far more suspect. Several of the parents, with their drug use history, drug trafficking and arrest backgrounds could absolutely know more than what they are telling. All the different things the parents have said have led the public down various rabbit holes. AND---more than one perpetrator, there absolutely was a motive for this crime and it was pure hatred for all four.Hoodie Guy predicted "we're gonna getcha for this, Maddie" so the victims knew something was about to occur. No one is going to tell the truth in that town. I have always felt one of the victim's family members or loved ones called in a totally fake tip on Kohberger, that they followed white Elantra's, various white cars, all over town, and located a local guy with bushy eyebrows driving a white car with out-of-state PA plates...and, we can imagine a family member would be so stricken with grief, crazy out of their minds, or even so scared to death for their own lives, that they might just have called in a fake tip on Bryan Kohberger to the cops----and, well----the police RAN WITH THAT fake tip, in my opinion. Which starts the beginning of the different interviews and tiny tidbits spread here and there, that open wide that little ol' rabbit hole!!!

    (a) Bryan Kohberger is not a teenager. False comparison.
    (b) What kind of phase was the moon in that day? Full, new, crescent?
    (c) Were his early morning drives always at the same time and does the cell phone data bear this out? Is the pattern the same for all the nights he was watching the moon and the stars? Does his cell phone data have other moon and stargazing trips/with phone switched off etc.?

    Shame on you. Maybe YOU should go look at the Moon and Stars then maybe you wouldn't be such a judgemental pusher. Like stargazing isnt gone by millions of ppl
