- Here we continue and complete the next Corkscrew Follies/Added Attractions Expansion Pack scenario - one of the most iconic scenarios in the game - Haunted Harbor!
I add numerous rides including the wild mouse, more gentle rides, and a switchback railway to finish off the park!
Objective: 1,200 guests by the end of October, Year 3 with a park rating of at least 600.
Park: Haunted Harbor/Haunted Harbour
Music:

For sticking to just older rides it still felt like a “full” park with the space you were working with. I remember doing this scenario and not really ever having a plan the multiple times I’ve done it. Yours is cohesive and looks great!
Really glad you think so! Thanks! It's a tricky one given that so much of the limited space is already taken. It's also not a particularly easy path network to expand from.
I love the park style, crammed with fun, classic rides. I would visit there! This is basically the only use for the cycle railway, and i love it. Kids can travel over the paths and wave to their family
Thanks a lot - really glad that you like it! I thought the same thing re the cycle railway - that was exactly the thought I had in mind! I hardly ever use them but was happy with how it turned out on this occasion. Cheers again!
Always great to see another video. This one turned out great. Really impressed with the look. The cycle monorail is a bold choice, but works incredibly well. Far better than I'd have expected. You managed to squeeze in a lot without a whole lot of clutter. It's a very pleasant park. Also I had to laugh when you mentioned DK on the beach loungers-- that's a 15+ year old trick that goes back to the RCT1 LL days. Love that it's still a thing even in current day parks. The holding power of this game is incredible. Can't wait for the next one.
I definitely should have realised the beach chair idea was probably older than 2 yrs or so! Glad you liked the final look of the park.
I love your style of scenario play, its very satisfying to watch. Keep them coming!
Thanks very much, glad you are enjoying them!
FINALLY!!! I was waiting so long on your next vid! I love how the park looks in the end! The wavebreaker is a nice little realistic detail. I wished the jet skies were avaible instead of the kanoes. What will be the next park en when? Dont let us wait to long this time please :p
The jet skis would definitely have been a more appropriate choice! Glad you like the final look of the park. I think the next one on the list will be Dynamite Dunes, or maybe Fun Fortress! Not sure yet. I'll try to get started on that one soon!
Ayo hold up, aren’t the Jet Skis only in the loopy landscapes? Or maybe I just don’t experience building water rides often. (Besides them being in RCT2)
@@MickanMansRCTStation im always looking forwards to your new vid!
@@familybroakajonny yes it does, but thats why i said i wished those were avaible, because those are a better fit in this park in my opinion
Thank you for posting! I love your work!
You're welcome and thanks very much!
Not used to seeing you finish parks in just 2 videos after that last marathon! Love how much you packed in there at the last minute, along with the mushroom idea - don't think I've ever found an excuse to use those things.
Haha yeah it does feel a bit strange! At least it gives me hope that I might get around to finishing these parks within a reasonable time!
Love how you used the giant mushrooms as beach umbrellas. That's some creative thinking. I also think the cycle railway looks great :D
Thanks! I'm sure I've seen it used before, I think probably in OpenRCT2 at some stage. Glad you like the cycle railway!
Genius idea to use Ghost train track for beach chairs! I’m working on a seaside park right now as a matter of fact, so I will definitely copy I MEAN…. Take inspiration from that!
Certainly not an idea I can take credit for but I am happy with how it turned out!
Wow! Their skill is incredible! :O Cool video!!! :D
Thanks very much!
Cool to see your more artistic approach to the game. Mine is so practical with very little decorations
Glad you like the different approach! That's why it's a great game, you can play it in any way you want, as long as you enjoy it
Well here is me and my second comment of this favorite scenario of mine!
So a very long sad story! When astroworld closed in Houston I was very heartbroken angry deprived over it so did my grandparents which both had passed four years ago 2017 and 2020!
I was bought roller coaster tycoon 2 which I was always stuck with camped out with over the years and never became a custom player but I'm currently happy how I play rct and what I finished so far! Especially still like playing roller coaster tycoon looking back at my parks since parks around the world that are getting rid of their good classic coasters as I have no intentions traveling to other amusement parks anymore!
So when I looked at Haunted Harbor I really loved how are the built rides were and the beach as it made me think about it being in real life as it was the reason why I picked this scenario! And my grandma grandpa was with me then paying this exact scenario!
So I just went along as usual built much classic coasters as I could which I ended up cramming the beach but then thought of it as a water front park! Not ashamed of it at all! Then at the end I turned Haunted Harbor into a Kennywood vibe by building a terrain b&m hyper coaster that goes above the first hill then down with a straight track then over a second drop to very close to the water similar long drop like phantoms revenge! And the rest into a similar layout!
It was very fun to build as it will always be one of my very favorite handful rct scenarios!
Again my very top ten favorite scenarios
1.haunted harbor
2.bumbly beach
3.big pier/paradise pier
4.vertigo views
5.leafy lake
6.karts & coasters
7.forest frontiers
8.diamond heights
9.ivory towers
10.magic quarters
Love the cycle railway, it adds an extra dimension to the boardwalk area. Another fantastic park!
Thanks very much! Glad you liked the railway!
Ayyyo I’m playing this game too! But Rn, since I recently Just restarted mine since I felt like it, I only got only 5 scenarios out of 81 done so far
5 Original
0 Corkscrew Follies
0 Loopy Landscapes
But I will tell you which parks I’m doing as time goes on. Right now I’m working on Aqua Park, which is the 6th one I’m doing since I sometimes pick random.
Nice! You're in for a treat, there's some really enjoyable parks coming up. I think you'll find the CF/LL parks quite a bit harder than the Original, but once you've finished the original you will be pretty well be ready I'd say! Hope you enjoy playing them through!
@@MickanMansRCTStation Lol the thing is, I already know all about the 81 parks plus real parks and Fort Anarchism. But I’m excited to experience further and challenging parks.
Alr so ever since I commented on this vid 3 days ago, I’ve passed about 3 more parks, Aqua Park, Three Monkeys Park, and Katie’s World.
My Progress so far:
7/21 Original
1/30 Corkscrew Follies
0/30 Loopy Landscapes
Now I’m working on Bumbly Beach
That's great progress! Nicely done
@@MickanMansRCTStation And now I got Bumbly beach done and might get Started on Karts & Coasters prob tommorow or so.
Guess what? So I just completed Haunted Harbor today, ironically since this park is this video. which is why I’m gonna tell some parks I’ve completed ever since I was here 2 weeks ago.
Continuing off after I completed my 10th scenario done, Bumbly Beach, in the order I decided myself…
11. Karts and Coasters
12. Mel’s World
13. Mothball “Mystic” Mountain
14. Pacific Pyramids
15. Crumbly Woods
16. Big “Paradise” Pier
17. Millennium Mines
18. Haunted Harbor (Today)
So Now I’m working on Barony Bridge rn. My 19th park I’m doing.
Gonna try to do some Cork. Follies and maybe do some Loopy Landscapes soon. Loopy Landscapes are quite harder ones. Ngl
Oh yes and progress so far:
16: Original
2: Cork. Follies
0: Loopy Landscapes
Great work!
@@MickanMansRCTStation Thx
No worries!
