    This was so easy! I’m 14 and I like to try and crochet my own clothes for dolls (I’m really into doll customizing) but I don’t know how to read patterns! So having easy to follow tutorials REEEEEALLY helps!

    I liked the overview before the actual construction started, this way I saw where my rows are headed and how the design came about this way, I can draft my own with different stitches even. Thanks for what you do.

    I know that this is an older video, but is there a reason why you single crocheted the hood together rather than slip stitching it? I wonder if it makes a very big aesthetic or design difference.

    Thank you very much for your video. I don’t mind long tutorials but this one gave me the time to pause and keep up with you., so thank you either way. After making this hood, do you have another video that would show how to attach it to a shawl?

    You should probably mention that you are double crocheting in the back loops every row

    Hey is this possible to be done with single crochets? That and can I add this to a sweater (it will be for a doll)

    • @emilyhudson9043
      @emilyhudson9043 3 года назад

      You can do it single crochets, you just have to add more rows. The chain length would remain the same.

  • @azitwist5360
    @azitwist5360 4 года назад +3

    How do you attach the yarn to the bottom of the hood? Do you have a tutorial for that I didn't get it

    • @ROMEKBNY
      @ROMEKBNY 4 года назад +2

      Azi Twist put hook through, put yarn on(with a slip knot), pull through., chain 1. Also one of the ways to change color at the end of a row.

    Why is the seam on the outside?? Is there a reason you chose this way??

    • @CrochetSavage
      @CrochetSavage 4 года назад +1

      You can flip it inside out after u do the seam

    • @LovableLoops
      @LovableLoops  4 года назад +1

      Hi Kyla! Truthfully, I don’t recall why I chose to make it that way. If you prefer to hide your seam you can flip it inside out after you stitch it.

    Be sure to measure. Not everyone's head or neck is the same size. My neck is short so 108 stitches would be much too long.

  • @gardengalsu
    @gardengalsu 8 месяцев назад

    You don't need to video every single step ~ maybe do 3-4 examples, then cut away (go off screen) & return when you're at the last stitch of that row (section). I got "tired" watching you do every single stitch, so I probably did a 'no-no' by fast forwarding through a section. I do like your hood!
