It's not an approved license plate. You can get any license plate you want from stores, but they aren't road legal. It's a European plate lookalike, German more specific but it only has one seal on it. German license plates have two seals, one for the TÜV, one for the area you registered it at.

@GreenCanvasInteriorscape well, let me put it like this. My old high school autoshop teachers wanted to show us why you never want to touch the two end of a battery terminal. So he took a wire hanger, straightened it out, and using a pair of plyers to hold it, touched both ends to the battery terminals.
Within seconds, the hanger became a color orange I had never seen before, and you could see smoke raising off of it.
So, to answer your question, it would seriously injure you, if not kill you directly.

@@michaelhoward142 those things are made for kids, and are incredibly easy to manouver. It's quite intuitive, you could probably do the same after 5-10min driving that, unless you've an awfull motor cordination.

@@dawurzelsepp1473 Cos back wheels have the biggest angle against the curve, so it's easier to lose traction when they are driven. When turning, they are at a different radius to the steered wheels. Front wheels are always steered and so are always at the exact angle of turn, so it's never really a drift, plus the rear wheels are doing nothing more than keeping the back off the ground.

@@ChaotiX1 It's just 12 volts, it's not enough voltage to go through the skin (You can literally touch the positive and negative form your car battery and nothing will happen). And even if it were possible you will need two strings of guys one for the positive and other for the negative otherwise it doesn't do anything

7:57 - A 2004 Dodge Durango with a Hemi V8 has enough power to do a 4 wheel burnout without being tethered to something. And it's probably a lot slower than that Skyline. But that's a great way to mess up your AWD system.

With all the markers, it looks like he is taking part in an auto test, where drivers have to get the car around a specific track layout in the fastest time.
The course includes in and out of markets a specific distance apart, 360 degree turns around a single market, and garage sized areas that ths driver has to enter and exit.
It is a highly skilled sport, with specifically built cars.
That one was held in a supermarket car park, shut off to the public.
He was not driving like that on the road.
