Shelter and food were the bare necessities for most, and yet, your surrounded with many comforts that a family would not ever have except in dreams or conversations with people of great wealth. It would have taken several generations to amass all of the items, and the cost would be far out of reach for even an "above average" family. I'm at peace watching your working kitchen, listening to you explain your work and your vision. Thank You!

I'm thinking a couple of Tators on that spit would work too. Pork and drippings with sour kraut and tators baked close to the pork by running a scewer through it.. That's a great meal my friend.And cold beer in the ice box. What time is dinner again?😇😁😂
