Ishrat A.C this is super late but, your cookies will probably be grainier. They'll also be a lot sweeter, but you can make confectioners sugar too. Just blend normal white sugar, and you get confectioners sugar!

If you can manage your dough just after 30 minutes of chilling time (the dough might be a bit too soft to work with though), it is surely possible. Jane Brooks Good luck!

Good idea but I am a bit afraid nutella or strawberry jam might melt and leak out of cookie when cooking.
