I have recognized that surgery is one of the best ways to experience a flow state. Particularly watching the surgeons I have the opportunity to learn from who are true experts. For me, since I’m still learning the craft, it’s harder to enter a flow state. But once you reach mastery at something, the flow state comes

I have the standard and have had no problem at all with glare
I have the same desk setup but with different legs. Does your desk wobble as well? Especially when the height is increased?
I haven’t had any problems with wobbling which has been incredible!
What software do you use when recording videos with the Sony camera as the webcam
I record videos directly to my SD card, but I use Sony’s Image Edge app that’s super helpful for letting me control my camera from my computer
