Moist Snickers cake that melts in your mouth | Cheap and easy to make

  • This moist chocolate and caramel cake recipe is absolutely AMAZING. Moist chocolate sponge layers filled with cream cheese and caramel with delicious roasted peanuts. So cheap and easy to make. My family loves it. You can make it as a birthday cake or just as a dessert to impress your friends and family.
    INGREDIENTS:
    The baking tin has 18cm (6 inches)
    For the sponge:
    -3eggs
    -50g (1/3 cups) sugar
    -80g (2/3 cups) flour
    -20g (0.7 oz) cocoa powder
    -50ml (1/4 cups) milk
    -30ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil
    -7g ( 1/2 teaspoon ) baking powder
    *Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
    *Don't open the oven door for the first 30 minutes to avoid sinking the middle of the cake.

    for the cream cheese:
    -400g ( 1/2 cups )cream cheese
    -35g ( 1/4 cups) double cream
    -70g ( 1/2 cups) sugar (if you want it to be sweeter you can add more)
    -vanilla
    -100g (2/3 cups) peanuts
    the chocolate glaze:
    -130g (3/4 cups) melted chocolate
    -50ml (1/4 cups) double cream
    -40g (1/4cups) peanuts

      Dar o reteta cap coada exista? Ca sa știu și ce ingrediente sa cumpăr înainte. Sa nu pun Pauza la fiecare secunda sa scriu ce am nevoie . Gasesc undeva scris?

      Yummy, this recipe looks like the Suzy Q cake. Very similar except no nuts in the Suzy Q cake.

      @@yummy.expert I failed to find the conversions in the video. In the USA we don't weigh ingredients. We measure by volume. So, 10g of sugar means nothing to me. But 3 tbsp does.

    It is a lovely cake but the instructions are missing in places. Your written ingrediants don't say how much flour and as I am unsure I had to look at filmed instructions which. The size of the cake tin would be useful and the time the cake should take to bake since the flour is not as much as most cakes. If one opens the oven too soon then there is always the danger of the cake sinking in the middle. The concept is otherwise very good.

      Thank you for your feedback. I edited the description and all the ingredients are in the video too. The cake tin has 18cm and I leave it around 40-45 minutes in the oven but it depends on the ovens that’s why I said to bake it until a toothpick comes out clean. I usually don’t open the oven for the first 30 minutes after You can check if it’s done or not without being afraid it will sink . I will consider your advice in the future and add more instructions. 🥰

    Merge cu caramelul facut din lapte condensat? Si este corect cu arahide sarate?

      Buna. Nu am incercat niciodata caramelul din lapte condensat , dar nu vad de ce nu ar merge. Eu asa folosesc, imi place combinatia, dar poti folosi nesarate .🥰

    Next time incorporate either one cup of boiling hot water or some sour cream into the batter. It helps with moisture. a moist cake will for the most part be creased on top or sticky or both. Good job though.

      In video aveti toata reteta. Trebuie sa derulati pana la inceput. Nu stiu de ce atunci cand accessti link-ul va da videoul de la jumatate. Sa imi spuneti daca ati reusit.

    Cu siguranta este gustos acest tort, judecand dupa ingrediente si dupa cum arata si probabil ca-l voi incerca, dar va rog, nu mai puneti astfel de titluri , ca pt prosti! Eu renunt sa deschid aceste filmulete si sunt multi ca mine, cred! Toate cele bune!
