Can unbolt some bolts and stuff from top then remove radiator from bottom so much easier then the 2004 to 2010 bug where wheels and front bumber have to come off

no idea off the top of my head . this vid was over a year ago.. if you cant find it via google , call the shop m-f and we will see if we can find it
When you say you move the AC line to the side. Did you take it loose from the compressor or you just bent it to the side.

Did you remove the cooling fan shroud from the top or the bottom?
good question , and was over a year ago.. Id guess from the bottom since the car is in the air.. but dont remember .
