How about if you wanted this for a doll head how could you do that?

I would suggest cutting a X where the head would go and removing some of the inside stuffing .. that is my best guess as I haven't made one to fit anything just to hang :)

What size needle are you using?

Usually I will use a 40 or 38 spiral for most template work :)
