Love this new concept!!! It is about time someone did something different and gave people basically what they want for holidays and relaxing after work hours. And with this boat you don’t have to go too far to enjoy the outdoors !!! Literally! Nice. So many entertaining areas! Keeping a stock up of food and drink will cost a fortune!
That is one of the most beautiful and interesting looking layouts I’ve ever seen on a yacht that size. Had to watch this twice couldn’t get enough of it! Good video. Keep em coming.
Wow, that's absolutely amazing. That huge living area on water level, uninterrupted by side decks, that galley with that atrium, a day head, another big salon next to that beautiful helm, the cosy raised cockpit looks better than a traditional one because you dont have that huge wheelhouse, the slanted doors and that short connection to the flybridge, incredible. That massive front deck area, AND a flybridge.. It has more exterior and more interior spaces than a conventional layout, thanks to that "out of the way engine position" and the mid-level mezzanine layout. All of this comes at the price of a proper master cabin. I think that concept would absolutely rule on a 70 footer. My new favourite yacht, especially for warm climates. I'd still have the Harkvoort for Scandinavia and such, but at this size and type of boat, I think that Van Der Valk beach club concept is the future. Thanks for the great walkaraound.
Fantastic! For me it's the ultimate live aboard. I would convert the second guest cabin to a studio/lab and then live the hi-life all around the world. Well... A man can still dream!
I would do live aboard on this also ! I love so many of the boats he reviews. But this one makes a lot of sense to me. Just wondering about the maintenance for the engines?
It definitely has its pros and cons. From other boats that size you're losing a "master cabin" and any crew area, but it seems like this is the most "RV" feeling one I've seen. Having the main salon where it is also allows it to be the full beam of the boat, rather than usually losing a couple of feet on each side for decks.

I love it! A lot of windows and light everywhere! Often cabins on other ships remember me of a cellar. They are dark and have tiny windows. Not this one. Every room, every cabin is full of light and gives a good view.
I'm loving the layout on this yacht, not seen anything like that before. Plenty of outside social space for during the day to enjoy the sun then as the sun goes down a great aft indoor area as well on sea level to carry on partying. Then just a short stroll to your cabins on the same level with no stairs to worry about. Superb. Thanks for the tour.
Love this boat. Love the lower salon very unique. I couldn’t help but notice you didn’t show us the engines, or tell us the range. I really enjoy your tours please keep them coming.
What a beautiful reflection of how most boats are used. It really, really makes sense. Instead of designing a boat the way it's "supposed to be designed," this was designed for the way people use boats. Very intriguing. That swim platform looked like ACRES of open space. Wild.
Wow Nick amazing variety out there, will have to watch this a few times to appreciate what the different builders are doing. Goodonyah mate and keep them coming. I get the feeling you are being invited on more and more boats because you are the class performer out there, owners are waking up.
I really hope one day you can get around one to make a little more in depth tour of this where you can also show the engine compartment. This really looks quiet interesting!
Another great walkthrough. Thank you. This layout is amazing. Love the atrium. The beach club is where I'd spend most of my time. That forward cabin with the windows all around, just stunning. I grew up on an aluminium Marinette; I'd like to retire on an aluminium hull. Thanks, again. Well up to your usual extremely high standard.
I think this is my favorite boat that you reviewed. Very different and sleek. I especially like the back. They were really thinking outside the box with this one.
Wow! This is perfect. I love the layout of this boat - they’ve re-written the rules, and it really works. I’d add another wet bar & barbecue to the platform at the back, & maybe get it painted in a pale sky blue. Nice one, Nick. 👍
Very interesting boat indeed. The lowered salon gives you a nice beach feeling. And I really like the way you do these walk throughs: knowledgeable, inspired, respectful, cultivated - unlike anyone else. Looking forward to your future work!
Been looking for you to review this one. One of the most innovative uses of space in a long time thanks to Volvo IPS, NO SQUEAKY DECKING ! The lower saloon is not restricted by side decks because they are on the next level up gives you loads of space. ( North Pacific 49 does this also). The profile of the boat is very pretty also, but I bet she had heavy traffic at Cannes. In my mind I am comparing this to the Lexus L650 fly ( a Carver with a fancy paint job) and the Lexus gets blown away by this beauty ! Blown away by 16 inch battle ship guns ! This boat would great to have in the Bahamas !
Loved this boat. The layout makes it seem alot bigger boat than it is. Also gives several different areas to relax in. Instead of everyone on the same level. They did a great job with this one. Did a great job filming this one Nick even though no engine room or crew quarters filmed. 😁😁😁😁 Thankyou.
Kudos Nick! I'm really amazed on the quality and comprehensiveness of your boat tours. I've watched other youtubers doing a tour on a "same" boat and it's really disappointing. You nail it everytime! Godspeed.
Definitely a harbour queen. Everything from the exposed foredeck galley/bar which will take the full brunt of waves crashing over the bow (and may even block visibility from the interior helm), to the very extensive (and admittedly stylish) fenestration in the hull which would be a source of anxiety in a storm, to the engines themselves accessible only from one of the wettest parts of the boat during any sort of weather. With all that out of the way, it's still very cool. The blonde woods are charming and inviting and the sliding door straight onto the bathing platform has always been something I've liked on the few boats I've seen that feature it. I would definitely have a cabin back there. The heads are a bit unglamorous for my taste, and having both a dayhead and a separate, non-ensuite head for the guest cabins feels a bit redundant. Nice to see a washer and dryer.
Really liked the layout..unusual but works..not sure about the dining area upstairs but still a fantastic looking and styled boat..another top video nick
Absolutely love this boat, I have spent the last hour online checking out this company and their boats. Nick, thank you for bringing this to us, I have finally found my boat. How did I miss this video, Nick?? One of the most intriguing little yachts out there I refuse to believe that's only 66' long. It has the interior style 75m+ mega yachts
At first I thought I was going to hate it, with a bathing platform measuring about 15 acres. But, that strange cross between a boat and a new york mezzanine style loft apartment kinda sold me.. Brilliant boat, excellent tour. Good work!

It actually makes a lot of sense that the layout of the boat puts all the heavy stuff right at the bottom of it, so in theory it should sail very stable. I would like to have seen the engine bay.
Great video Nick, and, well I can't make up my mind. But upstairs front worries me, where the anchor chain is the deck protection railings finish well before they should. Could see kids going flying off that not a good idea. Would like to have seen the engine space though. But thanks again.

I like it..the saloon is very cool idea, but i would be willing to chop one of the guest cabins for a more impressive master, and the hot tub is a must!
Sadly a lot of Dutch shipyards have been closed the last couple of decades. However if you want a luxurious custom made yacht there is no denying that Dutch yachts are one of the, if not the, best ones out there. Durable hulls and an insane number of options for the prospective owner. I applaud the innovative layout. Personally, I'm not sure that the light and airy atrium feel could have better been used for more relaxation space in the cockpit area instead. This layout would be ideal on a bigger boat perhaps. I'm not wishing to sound too harsh as it's all down to style tastes. No doubting it's a nice boat. Maybe you have just spoiled us in your other videos Nick.
Hi Nick, I like the design of this boat. They have made very good use of the space, giving what seems a large amount of different areas. (for such a small boat)

It’s a bad design in terms of space but I like the creative layout
I like this boat but the interior looks a bit cheap when for the same price you can have a Princess.
I really liked that layout. It seemed to take the emphasis off the cabins and made more of the outdoor and communal spaces.
I think it's a winner!
