Arnie Roth is a great conductor... he understands the high level fandom of these concerts. They did something similar in the Distant Worlds concert I was able to attend in 2011 in Vancouver. There was no choir in that one, so he turned and got the audience to be the choir. Was great.

Sure, in the FF ost he composed probably all its best standalone tracks, as Theme of Love, Dancing mad, Zanakard or Liberi Fatali (and of course One-Winged Angel) but overall in Fantasian I think he kept the very same level of melodical quality throughout the WHOLE ost, which is unusual from Nobuo that often rather composed a few GREAT songs, and then the rest was good but very simple. In Fantasian he experimented with harmony and melodies in more occasions, but most of all with the arrangement. I found the fantasian ost to be the one in which he had more fun experimenting with a lot of genres. And he did great. I also love the fact that the arrangement aren’t our typical giant epic orchestra, like in FF, but he managed to do a lot with fewer and colder/electronic/virtual instruments.

That bell, being the easiest part of the song, I think is literally the most important part of the song just for the emphasis on how dark the song is supposed to be.

It's amazing that, the man, the myth, the legend, Nobuo Uematsu himself got the chance to sing along to arguable the most iconic song to have his name on it. Plus, you ever watch some of the videos Black Mages live concerts with the song, you can see him just having the time of his life while playing the keyboard.
Ive seen and heard distant worlds twice in person and can never get tired of the music, ITS AMAZING IN PERSON. I also love how Nobuo Uematsu attends with the whole group too, got my picture taken with him too!!!! Keep up the great music!!!
