I was just thinking that if Jim Jordan had been prosecuted by the DOJ for this, he too, could’ve gone to prison! Instead, the January 6 committee decided to refer him to the ethics committee of the House of Representatives. Total bummer!

Dang you are on top of it! I read the headline where I misread Cannon and Navarro in jail. Thought to myself yes she belongs in there.
Most of Nixon’s henchmen learned their lessons. Chuck Colson became a missionary in Africa. Most of the other guys slinked off and were never heard from again. John Mitchell had heart problems and died of a heart attack. The only one stupid enough to keep being a public idiot was G. Gordon Liddy and he tried radio for a while, fortunately it didn’t catch on. He tried again during the Rush Limbaugh era but again petered out. We can only hope Bannon and Navarro take a low profile but somehow I doubt it.

For the entitled brats, a short prison sentence is literally impossible to handle emotionally. My sister and I always joke about what a Trump would do if they had to spend the night at an airport because of flight cancellation. They would collapse into panic!!!!!

Minimum security- Just like staying at a shitty motel. They should have got the Cohen treatment. 3 years with solitary confinement involved!
That’s not exactly true. Per AP, Cohen was sentenced to prison in December 2018 after pleading guilty to campaign finance charges and lying to Congress, among other crimes. In all, he spent about 13 1/2 months behind prison walls and a year and a half in home confinement. His time was further reduced through good behavior.
I think he will roll the dice, expecting Trump to win the election.
When Stevie has his NY trial, will he be held in prison until the trial takes place. He might be a flight risk.

The FCI in Miami is not really low security. The prisoners are combined to a single floor. It is in a high-rise in the middle of downtown Miami and the Floor has the cells surrounding a middle area with very small split windows. They can barely see out on one split for each Sell and the doors are electronically locked. They are only let out for portions of each day and are never in the sunshine. There is a basketball court on each floor for physical activity and there is one small room for group meetings such as Bible studies. The food is brought in in trace and is always cold. This is not a good place to be.
Correction, what I was describing is the FDC downtown.
