So the fasted man in the 1924 Olympics went 10.6 that was Harold Abraham’s from Great Britain. In those time training, nutrition, equipment(shoes) were far inferior to today’s standards. Also there wasn’t a starting block like you have today. With that in mind only 3 women have beaten that time on one of those 3 was cheating. Mmmmmmm interesting
