Hey Mr. Wright Way, I don't know if there are any in your area but certain Kohl's locations that have PS4 games are on clearance. I got Concrete Genie for $8.99 and Horizon Zero Dawn for $5.99. If you have any in your area you might find some hidden games in the electronics.

Nice PS4 pickup. I can never find that game anywhere at any GameStop. About 2 and a half years ago, I went to a GameStop one and a half hours away to get Persona 2 CIB for the PS1 ($54), 2 qty Castlevania Order of Ecclesia ($33 One CIB, one loose), Chrono Trigger CIB for the DS ($36. No poster), and Contra 4 CIB for DS ($9). There was a buy one get 50% off sale going on at the time, so I was able to get even more savings. I went back there a few months later on the way to the beach and got Xenogears CIB ($30) for my brother's birthday gift. I passed on it in the first trip. I've been very fortunate over the last few years in getting retro games from Gamestop.

Yeah thats what I'm trying to do find godzilla at gamestop as well. But I did find a rare game from gamestop turbo for wii u complete got it for 25$
I've spent many weekends putting in some driving hours for some rare games! Always worth it once you you have them in hand.
Great find! I found a copy of godzilla at one of my gamestops about 9 months ago for $60 and didn't hesitate lol.
I think that was that Episode that the Turtles were like "Oh Geeze guys we need to get rid of this dude ..This Shredhead is so not COOL" ,.but Ill take that Pizza from ya first :D

Lucky! You find all the good stuff at Gamestop. Haha! I always walk to the ps4 section first in any Gamestop I visit looking for Godzilla. Hopefully I will get lucky to find it one day. Cool pickup on the Wolverine phone, but it looks like he was declawed. 😆

Nice deals, in 2016 during the holiday season, I was able to pickup Yakuza Dead Souls for 8 bucks, the current price for this game is in the 80 dollar range

My man Steve getting the good deals once again! I’m amazed at the number of games your area Goodwills have; the stores in my neck of the woods never seem to have any! Hate to see you passed on Frontline and Rising Sun. I had those on PS2 back in the mid 00s, and I think they’re some of the best FPS games of the 6th console generation!

Shooot, I drove 30 miles out of my way to another gamestop to get Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for the PS2. I had to have it and still do.

I always wonder why I have a hard time finding deals in DFW until I see who my competition is, Your the best and its hard to compete with you brother lol. That Pokémon game though! Worth the trade. Our son is a big Pokémon fan and has a fair share of most of the Pokémon games on multiple different systems. We’re raising a collector I think.

dont get why that godzilla game is worth that much. i have driven over an hour for rare games before :D younever know what else you will find at that spot after you get there either. so that is the best part. also, finding pawnshops and other thrift stores on the way back. make a day of it

Would I drive an hour to get a cheap game? That depends on if I know for sure its there, if its complete, factor in the time it takes me total which would be around 2 hours, factor in about $5-10 in gas and how bad do I want it. Well, the game I just picked up was Xenoblade chronicles 2 online for about $55 used. If I knew for sure it was $5 at a store 1 hour away and called up ahead of time and told them to hold it for me, then yes I think would. If it were $10 maybe. $15 I think I would save my time and just buy it online. I also have never spent over $60 on a game. Your situation is different. If Godzilla you said was going for $300 or so and you have a chance to get it for $70, then yes, I guess for you it is a great deal.
