Good tour with your knowledge and camera work Incredibly thought out boat, topsides and down below. I sailed one of these throughout the Channel Islands near Santa Barbara and enjoyed it's sailing capabilities in varied and challenging conditions. Easy to tell the owners took great care of this boat.
While I consider Catalina to build good quality sailboats, I don't normally think of them as being blue water boats. That said, I would be willing to sail that boat anywhere.
Hi Adam. Thanks for the video. Seems like this boat was taken pretty good care of. What is the asking price and is it still available or has it sold? New subscriber by the way. I like all that you're very detailed in your videos. That's very important especially when potential buyer's are far away. Only wish we could've seen the engine and how to access that. I know it's through the aft cabins but would've been nice to see how easy/difficult it would be to work on the engine. Thank you
@@adamfischeryachts814 thank you Adam. Really appreciate you answering me here. Shows you really care about what you're doing. This boat in your video was amazing and it's nice to hear it's found a new owner to take care of her. Just curious but what was the accepted price on her? I'm in the looking phase now so if you have any bluewater sailboats at least 40' I may be interested. Preferably a center cockpit with a big owner's cabin, aft. Can be a Ketch or even a Cat but not sure I have the budget for a big Cat. I'm from Pennsylvania but currently in the Philippines with my wife. We should be coming back to the USA within the next 2 months or so. If you can find something on the east coast that would be preferable to me or even down in the Gulf of Mexico so I don't have to trek it across the country. (Also looking for a slip to keep her in, again, preferably as close to PA as possible). Look forward to hearing back from you Adam and I look forward to watching more of your videos. Again, I was very impressed with your attention to detail and naming everything. That is so very appreciated and many youtubers just skim through way too fast. I think a 20 minute video on a boat this big like you did here is minimum. Take care and God bless!
@@adamfischeryachts814 hey, thanks for thinking of me Adam and that sounds like a really nice boat. I would definitely like to take a look at her. Please let me know when you have any photos and/or video ready so I can check her out. I'll send you an email.
I do like the boat. Just not in the market for one at the moment. If I was that one would definitely be a contender. There's a couple of things I'd want to know before I traveled across the country to see it though. Like which engine, how many hours and how to contact you or the owners to answer the multitude of questions that you didn't cover.
I watch a lot of videos on sailboats. I have never stepped foot on one. But all I have seen, this one is my favorite.
Awesome boat. Thank you for the tour!

Cool boat! Is it still for sale?
How do I contact and find out asking price?

Is there a data sheet? Cost? Located where?
I you say that this Catalina has sailed around the world?
Transferable slip in San Diego, price, still available?
Price? Location?
