Priest Fagan is a Nyahbinghi elder, and the founder of the Ras Tafari School of Vision in the Mountains of St. Andrew. The RasTafari school of Vision is a thriving RasTafari community based on a strict biblical interpretation of the Ras Tafari movement.
Priest Fagan, a former Jamaica Defense force (JDF) officer, is a Priest and farmer in addition to a founding member of the newly established Ras Tafari Mansion and Organizations (RMO).
In part 3 of this reasoning, Priest Fagan opens up about his struggles with tobaacoo and why he stopped mixing tobacco with his herb.

I used to blend tobacco, but it gave me the worst emotions with my girl. She didn't deserve that. Tobacco gives you the emotion, and weed will heighten any emotion. Blunt wraps are tobacco as well. By the grace of God, a female suggested different herbs to blend with my spliff. Now I use mullein, Damiana, and passion flower. At first, I would still have tobacco, but it threw the taste off. Bit by bit, I let go of the tobacco until I just smoked herbs with ganja. It's been 4 years, and my girl will tell you it's made a significant change in our relationship. There is hope.

I had to lock off the tobacco as well.
After 2 to 3 months of mixing it into my herb I felt the addiction kick in.

Sacred yes. Very therapeutic and medicinal if used mindfully, great for IBS related things such as constipation and bloating. A good purifier including it being a cleanser. It sucks that it gets a bad rep, researching it's history and traditional uses will clarify such stigma

It’s not addictive same way, it works differently and on different people, tobacco is addictive neurologically and thc directly attacks the melanin in our brains and effects things differently over time but only if it is cooked
