Ive own a E350 a E500 a clk 430 a clk 350 and an ml 350.....hands down best brand I have ever owned. The power in the E Class is sharper and little more fine tuned than the C Class... although the C Class is quick ....the E offers a more of a luxurious feel while the C is a little more playful and sporty...both great choices

The starting price of E class is higher by about 12k to 20k $ than c class; it depends on which country
