Ivan, did you find that the piano black console in the C class is a better quality that was in the pre facelift e class? Before it used to scratch so easily and I wonder if that is still the case.

I was quite surprised by the amount of space at the back after adjusting the driver seat for myself in the new C class. The space between the two back passengers was also very nice. Mine will be delivered in December, I cannot wait! It’s a pity there was no front seat ventilation option with nappa leather in my country though and I don’t like dark interiors

Looking at getting into a 2022 E350 since its perceived to be larger, but with this W206 next generation being larger than W205 the difference in size between the W206 and W213 is minimal. The rear leg room of both being nearly identical is interesting. How is the shoulder room? Can you tell the difference in build quality? Which vehicle would you go for?
I like the new interior look of the C-class. I recently had some service on my GLC and got a 2021 C-class as a loaner. I was not that impressed with it. Hopefully the 22 model rides a little smoother than the 21.
Unless there is a very specific powerful engine I want from E class, I would choose c class with as many options as possible. It’s just simply an amazing car. And yes I do want E class’s 3.0T 🤣
i really like the C-class more than the E class, but i'm sad to see the design direction that mercedes is going with. all cars look more or less the same and it's very difficult to differ between them. even the new A-class looks a bit like the new C. cool if u have an A, sucks if u have a C (like the one i just ordered). i wished that people who paid a little more would get some more visual distinguishing features so it shows that their model is a real step up. just adding a stripe in the headlight is not enough
Eclass for sure. Not a fan of the C class air vents they look confused on what shape they are also the large screen like the Tesla cuts the beautiful sweeping shape the the Eclass has also the seats are not as comfortable as the Eclass. My favourite look is the preface Loft Eclass coupe. I like the look of the old steering wheel and it also has the classy Mercedes clock haha

if you need a car now then go for the c class, the e facelift interior is just as bad as the non facelift. if you rly want an E class wait for 2023 for the new model.
In australia the C class we get here is not made in germany, its made in another country, except the estate wagon and some of the coupes . The E class we get here in australia is made in germany, thats one of the reasons i prefer the E class.
The actual "modern" trend of completely replacing the physical buttons of the dashboard with a huge screen may look fashionable but it is NOT ergonomic... It forces you to take your eyes away from the road in order to watch that screen in order to change anything from the menu , instead of looking forward to the road while driving ( as you should) while only touching a button to do the setting you want. For example to change clima temperature, or fan speed , basic stuff that you often do everyday I know of a horrific accident exactly from a cause like this, because the driver took the eyes away from the road while having to look at the menu, and hit a tree with fatal consequences. This is why the actual E class is from far my favourite, it still has some practical physical buttons ... Sadly it will be discontinued soon and will be replaced by the new model, also featuring the non ergonomic screen that replaces all buttons from the dashboard... I just hope to be able to buy the actual model of the E class before it is gone 😅
E class estate rules over every car out there (must be high spec). It's got enough space for a family of 5, looks great and a huge practice boot with a complete flat bed. But if ur say 5'9" then maybe you can get in a c class
The C class does look modern actually but not that much if you compare it to the E class. Plus E class is a luxury class not like C class. E class is about comfort and quality.

Mine arrives in july. Only black leather Sears available here and i HATE it!
I noticed a huge difference in sound insulation between the C class and the E class. The E class is way better insulated tbh
I like the E class, and my family feels more comfortable in it compared to the C class.
