Thanks for asking. I record full matches with a USB drive plugged into my xbox and set to the capture location. One of the perks of having external storage for clips is you can press "start recording" and it will go for up to an hour instead of just 4 minutes.

Correct your settings. Look for camera roll in the vehicle submenu. If you can't find it refer to my settings guide.
