Great. Good value for money. Just last month, I spent over 40,000 cedis just for tiles for 4 bedrooms..was completely robbed. Better to travel down and do things yourself. That’s what I learnt..
Phoroah monk Very good question, I just had an 4 br apartment built in Dakar and it cost me 230kusd. I'm getting ready to purchase land outside Dakar and thinking of building immediately and was thinking it might cost more than 100kusd for about the same size house of Dela home. Dela I may need to contact you to be my project manager I'm impressed.
Let's consider the other regions in Ghana. Accra is expensive than the other region in terms of building a house. This cost will be less in other region.

UK You didn’t make us enjoy the building by moving from room to room to appreciate the sizes. Normally listeners would love to know the amount spent on the foundation, amount spent to lintel level, the cost of first floor flow, then the roofing. Though the finishing takes takes double or triple if not more, builders think once the have the structure roofed, they have a house. It it would interest some of us to know some providers you used like the type of roofing company. Did you use metal trusses instead of wood and reason why you used wood. I enjoyed your presentation from start to finish because it wasn’t boring at all and the gentle who interrupted made it so much fun. I hope you would make a follow up clip very soon. Cheers Natural Girl.
