If they can hunt with dogs in Arkansas, hunters probably left a "dog blanket" at that location so missing dogs who were not caught, will back trail themselves to the drop point, find the blanket or jacket (It holds the scent of their "home") and lay down. The next morning the hunters come by and sure as you can catch a coyote, they are waiting for them! Magic.
Decided to rewatch the season, this really gets me in the mood to trap. Would love to catch a grey fox but in our area it’s highly unusual to even hear of one being seen.
Where I trap at here in West Virginia I hardly ever have sign to set on I just have been doing it long enough now that I pretty much know where stuff is going to be moving through. Some years stuff moves better than other years. Great video fellas i enjoy every minute of it.

Great point in regards to setting on sign. Likely locations can open up new areas and fur pockets.
