This recipe is delicious with a little added vanilla ! I doubled it for my family & used 3 eggs instead of 2 . To my surprise we liked them best plain instead of with toppings !😊
Thank you thank you thank you for showing just a regular frying pan. I'm so tired of people thinking you have to have a special crepe pan or they now have this electronic thing where you spread it with this special spreader and it's utterly ridiculous. Crepes are so easy to make.
It’s the easiest recipe on the planet to make. I learned to make crepes in 6th grade home economics class in 1981 - 1982. All schools should still offer home economics classes as we have an entire generation of young adults who only know how to make oodles of noodles or box noodles.
I’m making these for sure!! I love crepes!! I’m sixty one and have only had crepes just a handful of times. Partly bc I didn’t know how to cook them and partly bc my husband would not want them so we just never ate them. Ya know how that goes, think of Pulp Fiction. When your significant other doesn’t care for something, you probably don’t have it around. Crepes are like that for us. But I’m gonna make this recipe. It’s small enough too that they won’t go to waste. Thanks!! ❤️💜💚
A cup of flour would make pancakes, not crepes. Way too thick of batter if you used 1 cup for such litter amounts of liquid. Please edit so others aren’t following your incorrect information on instructions. Thanks
Yes you don’t need the butter if you don’t have it. You can also add 1/4 tap of vanilla as well. Any type of flavoring can also be used depending on preference or holiday, such as pumpkin, apple, etc.
This recipe is soooooo good. I tried it and i could make 6 good size crepes. ❤ thank you so much!
@@janettefrazier8365yea but it would not give to that fluffy pancake texture it would like more timber but yeah it would still turn out good
Love it

It was great I just added some vanilla bc of the eggs and when I wanted to cook it I added butter on the pan
1/4 tsp vanilla always for the flavor.
Thinner batter… Good consistency.
I wana know if. You can stir cuz no blender
Sure, whisking works perfectly for crepe batter. Just be sure to whisk well to avoid lumps!
Thank you
Yes, of course.
@@BreakfastForOneor drain it through cheese cloth.
We use olive oil instead of butter much healthier and tastier
Thanks, my daughter really wanted to try some crepes and this helped me alot. ❤
Are there any alternatives for flour
I haven't tried it myself, but there are gluten-free flour blends available that combine rice flour with starches.

I used about 1/3 cup of batter for one crepe. You can watch the full video for more details: ruclips.net/video/5szt0AgBKP0/видео.html
I tried it and it burnt I was so disappointed. I was finding it difficult flip it over with spatula 😢. I used Soya milk would that still have worked.

I love ds
How much crepes does it make?
The batter yields about 6 medium crepes.
@@BreakfastForOne okay! Thank you
I follow my grandma’s recipe!! I make this every Sunday for breakfast!! Not the healthiest but it is DANG good! ❤❤
Nothing unhealthy about crepes unless it’s the filling you’re using.
@@PamelaMorris-fy5mbYe true
Never did it in a blender😂😂😂
Yes you fo or else it won't turn it will break
I don't have milk 😢😭
First of all you dont use a blender
They made the video quick!!
Can you think? Blending it is mixing it, making it go quicker, and effortlessly destroying all the lumps!
I tried it it was horrible did not turn out well do not recommend
Do i need to put oil or butter in the pan?
