You’ve got a huge advantage on the kayak you can get into the back cuts off the main river. The fish were super active today, tarpon and snook surfacing everywhere and I still couldn’t get them! Good luck hope you do better!

@@LousyFishermen ok, I'm just south of 41. Any tips for targeting tarpon? I've got (what I believe to be) tarpon blowing up (what I believe to be) mullet along the grass lines, but can't get a bite despite throwing all sorts of large artificials. Any ideas?
@@LousyFishermenbeen able to hook in to a massive tarpon on a 3" live mullet, my neighbor caught a juvi tarpon in front of my dock (I have a vid on my channel) I've had really good days on negative tides like the one you were fishing here

Regular, 2.5”? Root beer worked the best, can’t remember 1/8 or 1/4.
