Damn, Dave, i´m not a fan of classic action figures, but that marvel universe giant figs are amazing, specially MiB, they are way before ther time, i mean, gentle giant is doing big kenner star wars figs in that size today and they are a bummer. Thats a real grail you found, hope you got more. :D
Great convo as always Dave! Sorry I missed the live. Did want to comment that I agree that Jada knocks it out of the park with their figures, love my Fei Long for sure! Great sculpt and articulation, and worth every penny! But I have to disagree with everyone asking them to take the Marvel license. I don't know that they have the bandwidth to give us the deep bench of Marvel characters that we've come to love. The Street Fight line is so good because they spend a lot of money per individual figure. They done about one wave a year, each with just 3 figures. In between that, they resued the Ryu mold 3 times to pad out releases. Then wave 2 released with 2 new sculpts and more Ryu resuse. They're great, but they can afford to be great because the finite roster of Street Fighter necessitates that they spread out the release of the figures over a long period, so they have the option to spend more money per figure.
