It's either that you've torn your throat lining FROM throwing up or from bleeding ulcers FROM THE DRINKING! Believe me, I know all too well, especially about the ulcers. I'm paying for all the drinking I did in my 20s, now, with bleeding ulcers, and I'm only(HA! only...)35
The shaking also is a symptom of her brain damaged by alcohol...she's inventing a bunch of bollocks to justify her need of alcohol....
Nausea/throwing up is a fairly common, non-specific symptom, and is one of the way the body deals with any illness or injury, (to not be wasting energy on digesting food when sick). That means that it is a symptom of many things, including alcohol abuse, and yes, in some people....alcohol withdrawal as well...Google it. I know you didn’t say it wasn’t a withdrawal symptom, just not in her case, but I wanted to clarify in case people think n/v can’t be from alcohol withdrawal...it can as well.
All of you judgemental know it alls who need to be rude should know that she is sober and doing really well now...

Listen thid isnt her fault 20 years ago she git addicted to pain medication, aka synthetic heroin, most oxycontin addicts turned to heroin after the tightening of the regulations, she turned to alcohol
