Jack Johnson clearly you’re a prince fan so your opinion will be biased. As a neutral I believe Jessie done it the upmost justice. I’m sure prince would of been pleased with that performance too. And to your comment saying no one see prince in concert, when was the last time you see Jessie in concert? If you haven’t seen both live you can’t really compare.
She said this visit to Singer 2018 was life-changing for her. I imagine it was after she wasn't exactly treated well in the U.K. The Chinese people absolutely loved her and she them. They don't hold back in their appreciation. The other contestants loved her too. She honored them by singing in Chinese. She takes you to church.
She is so incredible! I swear she literally was taken over by Prince's spirit. And yet she managed to make this entirely her own & sing in a different language & show respect & luv for her audience while killing it! I am so picky about covers of this song but this was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Great reaction too!

I almost didn't watch this one as I'm not a Jessie J fan and I thought for sure she was going to butcher a perfect song but I watched it and omg wow!!! She absolutely took that song to the next level of awesome!!!

I can't accept the fact that this girl beat Dimash. She is just a good Singer, but Dimash is somthing very, very difrent, somthing that can take off your soul to the paradise.
Jessie J beat Hua. Sandy Lam beat Dimash which I will never ever understand. Like you, Dimash makes me forget everything bad and sends me to a very happy place.
