    thanks for the material. I feel a lump like a small pea on my flexor hallucis in the arch of my foot. If I pull the flexor hallucis and drag something hard over it, such as a pencil, this “pea” is painful. The ultrasound doctor says he suspects it is tendonitis... When I just walk it doesn’t hurt, but if I start running, jumping, doing exercises, I often feel a feeling of tension and sharp pain at this point. What do you recommend? What to look for when choosing shoes? I'll be grateful if you answer!
