I recently M3 this rat and gave her her lvl3 module. I think she does way better than I expected, especially her skill uptime (whenever she gets hit of course). Would be even better if she got some sort of taunt like mlynar
Try using her with Aak if you aren't already, her barrier absorbs all the shots from his S3 and she gets SP from the shots, his stuns and slows also help keeping enemies in her range.

Lin is actually crazy good. i use her all the time on many different stages she was WELL worth the build
