Love this school! My son goes to school here and he loves going to school every day. The teachers and staff are amazing. They even have a fantastic drama program!
What an awesome opportunity for Alabamians! The concept of combining hands on experience with classroom theory definitely enhances the learning experience. Go Sentinels!
I love STEM in schools!
So proud of all the students at ASCTE …. It has been amazing for our child!!! Ty ASCTE!!!
ASCTE has been an amazing experience. You learn so much, but you also have fun while doing so. I really recommend the school, 10/10!
Well done ASCTE!
Shoutout to OG Team 13
Go sentinels!
Alabama needs to prepare students with lessons about what to do when they get arrested for crossing the state line to obtain an abortion.
Dumb comment of the year award winner! Congratulations!
@@Overdose140 You're from Alabama and you call me dumb? Alabama, ranked 45 out of 50 states in education. Alabama, with three cities in the list of the 50 least educated cities in the U.S.
What a constructive and helpful comment. This is truly the perfect place to voice your opinions in a very objective and anti-inflammatory manner...
Touch grass. Not every news segment needs to be a political battlefield. Have a great day/night and maybe take a break from the news for a bit; it's not healthy to be angry all the time as so many are these days.
@@davemathews7890 they didn't call you dumb, they called your comment dumb. Also please be wary of assuming where people live on the internet. At no point did that individual declare their status as a resident of Alabama.
I, again, wish to stress that you're not doing yourself any favors by participating in internet polarization culture. Take care!
@davemathews7890 you forgot to mention that California, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona were states with far more cities on that list. That adjusts for population by the way
(I know because you literally clicked the second result in a google search for "50 least educated cities in the U.S." jotted down some 30 second observations and presented that as if you had actually researched that data thoroughly)
FYI that analysis used data from 2018, which was the year this school was founded and was two whole years prior to the first year of operation.
LoL. STEM requires you go to math classes all day long, everyday. You solve differential equations all day long, not play with toys.
You do realize the rockets are functional, right? They didn’t toy themselves into existence. Every student takes physics in freshman year and the projects you see are a result of that🙂
It is obvious you know nothing about Engineering. You take one course in Differential Equations. That is usually in College and not High School. There is more to Engineering than mathematics! They teach you how to think and how to solve problems. All problems, not just math. Designing and building Robots, computers, Drones, Rockets, and other Engineering skills is not playing with toys. It is preparing them to work in the town where they are going to school.
I mean some of that is true, but it’s a video. Do you want to see the students talk about nerdy math and physics equations? Of course they are going to show the fun “toys”.
