It’s easy for someone to file a restraining order but to make it stick, is harder to do and requires more. Any bitter ex can do this, just ignore it if it’s ridiculous and you haven’t done anything wrong. If he knows he didn’t send anything threatening then he probably has nothing to worry about. He just needs to never send or call, delete her contact info.
