- In this video I carpet line the metalwork of a LWB M.A.N tge / VW Crafter. Its a bit longer than I intended but there was so much I couldn't edit out that it was easier to just accept it as a long video. I give plenty of tips and reasons why I approach this job the way I do.
Superb demonstration of hints and tips on how to fit stretch carpet, well done. you deserve far more views and subscribers! Keep up the good work.
Thank you...please feel free to share the channel 😄

Thanks you. Glad you found it useful. Hopefully getting into the more tasty ones soon - kitchen building, shower rooms etc.
great video again many thanks
Thank you
Hi ed i love the way your doing your van would you be able to make a video on how you finish around the bunk window and the recess behind the shower wall thanks
Hi Edd, I'm think of putting a lattice roof up first to hold bond my roof panels up. What thickness ply have you used. Also is it 4ft wide.
We do use a 4ft wide lattice. In fact it's cut down to 1200mm to give a bit of leeway. I use 12mm lightweight ply. But beware of the last roof beam as it's about 12mm lower than the rest. I am just about to start pulling together the clips for the roof lattice video.😉
@@voyageadventurevans ah thanks. Ye I noticed the last one the other day as I ran a straight edge along the roof. I have packed out the other ribs with strips of 12mm ply so it's all level. I'm hoping this will help with scribing in my top lockers.
I think it would be really hard to get a good scribe if you let it follow the curve. Much easier to spend a bit of time getting it level, then just the back scribe to worry about.
