Overnight Oats | Hot or Cold?

Sooo overnight oats look more intimidating than they actually are. BTW- I prefer them less chilled so I popped them in the microwave for about 10 seconds. So much better.

I didn’t know you were suppose to eat over night oats cold. Iv herd of them but never to eat them cold. I love oatmeal but not cold

Yup. Cold. And believe it or not they are super soft and moist from the milk and whatever else you add right out the refrigerator. They are ok cold but if you warm them up just a bit to get the chill off they taste pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. 😊
