Life goes by in a snap... this is the best advice man to man ever... everything else is going to be sustained by this foundation. Funny me being 47 respecting and admiring a young man the same age as my son. Would love to transmit this mindset to him.
The best decision I ever made was starting my business after 27 yrs truck driving. Wish I knew then what I know know. Great content my friend. One chemical I added for red clay stain is aluminum brightener from Napa.
Wow, 6th street is still a thing. I did that 25 years ago while I was at Ft Hood. It's never too late but best to figure all that out early and you'll be that much further along. Good video.
Hear you bro on going out. I’m same boat as you. Not worth it cuz all the buddies hungover and can’t enjoy their Sunday while we get a full day to relax
I am just starting up. My goal for the rest of this season is to knock out equipment investments and set enough back for about 3 months that I cant wash. I am also building another truck for plowing for the winter. I enjoy money more than drinking or partying. My liver thanks me.
that early mindset. not going out till I make it... Im in my 40's... Still havent gone out. But all those "Friends" Are still working for others. My business is still going... Its not there. May never be. But at least im not sitting at a bar, crying about a boss, like they do, waking up hungover, and regreating the loss of the money they were crying about not having...
1:49 - I thought for a minute you might agree with her! My thought process is the same. People spend time and money making other people rich for cheap pleasures (whatever, it's a free country). But setting yourself up in your 20s/30s is where it's at. Then we can be in our mid 30s collecting a check and/or rent from properties! Long view ftw 💯
As Wes Watson (motivational speaker/fitness trainer who got out of prison after 10 years in 2017, and is now a millionaire) says, nothing is more pleasurable than living your purpose and getting after the 3 main areas in life: Family, Fitness, Finance. Real ones do what they DON'T feel like doing.
Hey man! thanks for watching. I dont have my power washer with me in this video. So i did use the customers water hose to rinse their house! Im waiting on my new washer to get here on Friday! New video coming this weekend.
@@AustinDavis24 awesome, I figured but just figured I would ask. Can wait to see the video and what you got! In about to start my business up so it’s real encouraging to see the vibrant you have out
Thank god I started a year and a half ago. Has been such a blessing. Now it’s at the point where I can have someone one my truck for me and I can concentrate on real estate
Hey bro. Have you ever heard of One Restore by Eaco chem? It works pretty well on red clay stains. F9 barc is more for rust. dirtkiller.com has awesome products too.
I always irrigate the areas with water. And even If the solution did get on the deck, it’s a 1% solution. Not going to stain anything for the most part. Rinsing everything before hand is key if you are really worried about it
Sure it will. But if you rinse it right off you should be fine. If you let it dwell for five or 10 minutes then you might end up having a spot on the deck where it’s clean
I'm just wondering when someone wants a housewash and not the deck, but when you wash the house the runoff cleans parts of the deck. I was just curious if it looked awkward. This is gonna be my first year and I'm doing it part-time. I live in Wisconsin and I will probably be starting next week. Thank you for all the good advice you put out there.
Yeah I would say you’re thinking too much about it. Always pre-rinse the whole area. If you’re doing a house wash, make sure you rinse off the surrounding plants any wood decking, Or anything your solution would possibly land on. If you’re using 1% you really don’t need to worry about it. Only time you really should worry about runoff is when you’re cleaning roofs. Using a 6% to clean a roof and having to runoff land on a deck is an issue
agree with your concepts for the most part. but at the same time. what good is income generating assets if you get hit by truck driving home. you know. i understand the taking care of your family and all that. but you are still young. just remember. life passes most people by while they are making grand plans for it. building an empire is awesome. but you have to take time to view world while you are pain free and able to.
I can agree with that. I have a little bit of Bob Marley mentality as well. High on life and just living. At the same time the vast majority of the people really need to change their habits. Let’s not forget that the average income in America is 52,000/year. 75% of America dosent have $500 in a savings account for an emergency. These are things that are unacceptable

One restore should work, maybe even an aluminum brightener

Saving and investing is the smartest thing anyone can do
God Bless You say Hi to Alex Jones - He was Right!
Mr.clean magic eraser? Might work for that red clay residue? Idk just an idea.
how long would you recommend rinsing plants/bushes if overspill from surface cleaning gets onto the surrounding dirt or root area
You have plans to incorporate a blend manifold and eliminate the batch mixing any time soon ?
It’s not on my mind as of yet. Maybe next season
Guess that would mean you’d have to carry/run a water buffer tank ??
Can you provide a link to where you got the gen 2 system? Thanks.
Thats why i use a trailer. So i dont get chemicals in my truck.
Great video man, glad I stumbled upon your channel!
When it came to rinsing did you just use the water from their house to rinse ?

One question about the gen 2. When the pump doesnt work no more, where u get the replacement?
Both pumps work. Never had any issues with it
Powerwash store.com has the replacements
@@AustinDavis24 ok i already ordered the gen two
Any reason you bought the Gen 2 over the Gen 3?
The Gen 3 is I believe the 7GPM pump? No need for that much power. 5GPM is plenty. 7GPM is a hog. Sucks I’m so much chem and blows out chem to much.

I’ll look into it!
In the south we get alot of red clay one restore works best in my experience
One restore for sure👍🏻💯
How do you keep the overspray from cleaning the deck when you're housewashing? Will it look awkward having clean areas where the overspray went?

@@AustinDavis24 will it clean it though if it's dirty?
Sure it will. But if you rinse it right off you should be fine. If you let it dwell for five or 10 minutes then you might end up having a spot on the deck where it’s clean
