Girl it would be so good if you made a series of "makeup my mom liked and disliked from my declutter" Something to that effect if you were thinking of new video ideas. I know I would love to know what she thinks and I feel like people 40+ would enjoy hearing what your mom thought of certain items you gave her
Do you think you could do an update with the products you decluttered in the past? I think getting an insight into what your mom and friends think of the products could inspire us to pass along things that no longer have a space in our lives. (It would also be cool to see how much use your decluttered products got after you passed them along)
I refused to part with my putty blushes so I was messing with them to see how I could best get them to work for me. I took what I call a depotting tool to pick them up and move them around because it felt like when I dipped my finger or a brush into the pot I wasn’t getting what I wanted out of them. Now they’re a bit on the fluffy side and they are SO SATISFYING to use. They also seem to perform much better for me. Also….if you run a stick on your cheek….isn’t it going to pick up whatever is underneath by nature….? 🤷🏻♀️
I need to try this! Did you just whip it around with a metal spatula? I find the elf putty blushes work beautifully with a damp sponge and never ruins my foundation
@@celinabond pretty much. I picked it up and sort of whipped it into itself. It was SO satisfying to see that texture change and the ease of use is a pleasure now.
I love a good declutter video! I moved into my first apartment earlier this year and used it as an opportunity to do a big clean kit and get rid of really old stuff. Patchy blush aside, I love the concept of your makeup look. It’s so fresh and spring-y!
I know I've shared this with you before, but Kelly, I think your vlogs are amazing--and especially your editing style! You have fantastic scene cuts/transitions (especially with doors closing--subway, buses, elevators, etc.), music choices, and just the flow in general. Admittedly, I haven't watched any of your vlogs since right after you published them. That said, I've seen lots of videos and many vlogs by other creators in the meantime, and yours *still* stand out to me--down to even specific scenes--as excellent quality and some of the best I've seen. It makes complete sense to hear you say how much you enjoy creating and editing the vlogs because it definitely comes through in your work. I look forward to the next one, and I am excited that you intend to make it a more regular feature on your channel. 🎉 Well done, Kelly! ❤️❤️❤️
I want to try and pick up Bubble from ulta during the 21 days of beauty but if I can't get it I'll definitely check out this Kokie one. I've never seen this brand before but that blush looks very pretty so I went to see and they also have some other shades I'm interested in haha
I like the elf putty blush. It goes on sheer but I need that because of what I do for a living I cant wear a lot of makeup. I teach martial arts so always sweating. If I was going our I wouldn't use it tho
I am a huge fan of the dibs beauty blush / bronzer duo sticks. I have not worn foundation I such a long time, so I rarely wear it. I wear a tinted sunscreen with concealer where needed. The product ingredient list has mango seed butter, castor oil, Shea butter, and jojoba oil. So it’s creamy. I have not experienced any patchy situations. I live in Florida and it works for me personally. The eyeshadow palettes are gorgeous and amazing quality..
I sometimes forget to consider where someone lives when they review products. I also live in Florida, and with the humidity, things just work differently lol
I pretty much always back up my cream bronzer and blush with a powder version. It's probably stupid just adding more steps hahaha but for whatever reason I love it. That could be why I haven't noticed an issue with the elf bronzer.
I’d love to see more vlogs! Do you think you’d every want to show your audience any of your crochet projects? As someone who knits and sews, I personally love watching fiber-craft content! Though I also understand if that’s hobby you’d rather keep personal rather than public.
I don’t wear foundation because I’ve got oily skin and live in FL it is just more trouble than it’s worth and I don’t like the elf putty blush either. I’d much rather wear a CP super shock blush.
Taylor Wynn is the only person that has vlogs I watch for some reason. I think they're weird lol. Like here's my dinner, we're going to the store, yesterday I straightened my hair, see you later 😂🤣 it could just be the ones I've seen. I like hers because they're travel vlogs and she includes makeup and haircare products and reviews.
I enjoy the one elf luminous putty blush that I have, but I use it more as a glowy topper with a hint of pink (Maui is the shade I have). You do really have to ‘dig’ at it a bit with a stiff brush (I use the mini Sephora 56), but I do like how it translates to the cheeks.
I know I have to declutter a lot of make up myself and its mostly old lol. Although, I do want to say thank you for recommending the Essence Hello Good stuff glow primer. So far that primer and the one from Nikkia Joy are the only 2 I use and my skin actually likes.
Fun video! You know yourself, but I have a feeling you're going to regret decluttering that kokie blush. I'm hope I'm wrong but it's just so lovely. You are generous to share these with others
I don't get the hype of the putty blushes either I had the same issue and the luminous one I got I think Maui doesn't even show up on me I'm like ware is it and I just see sparkle . I don't do full coverage at all and use a light tinted moisturizer daily and still have the issue.
I'm the putty blush's #1 anti. I literally hate that blush so much. I find it has absolutely 0 pigment unless I dig at the pot and then it doesn't even last. Even if I get color on my face, I find it's patchy and ugly and it's just not for me.
Thanks for your experience! I was looking at them last week in the store and I decided against them for the time being but I won’t revisit that option now!
It definitely does lol for Kosas is famous for not using preservatives, their products go rancid way too fast. And it doesn’t smell like that when it’s new. But oh god the smell of that wet n wild foundation is giving me war flashbacks
The ELF vs Keys putty bluish swap wasn’t fair as the keys color was darker. If you got a darker Elf color against a lighter Keys blush (in the pot) and the Keys one swatched on your hand as deeper, then it would have made your point

You make me laugh. ‘This smells awful’ *sniffs* ‘it smells like paint’ *sniffs again* ‘I have to get rid of it’ *sniffs again* 😂
😂😂
Just 100% making sure 😂😂

I just hold my finger on it for a sec and it starts to melt right in... then I get a LOT of color.
The putty blushes are amazing for me I just hit pan on one of the putty blushes. Too bad it doesn't work for you
I love a good declutter video! I moved into my first apartment earlier this year and used it as an opportunity to do a big clean kit and get rid of really old stuff. Patchy blush aside, I love the concept of your makeup look. It’s so fresh and spring-y!

I love your vlogs, especially when you take us around New York!
Your earrings are adorable. Hope you had a good trip to Michigan. Hugs from central Ontario Canada ❄️
I think your point about pinky-toned highlighters is a valid one for me. Enjoyed the video.
I pretty much always back up my cream bronzer and blush with a powder version. It's probably stupid just adding more steps hahaha but for whatever reason I love it. That could be why I haven't noticed an issue with the elf bronzer.
Its actually smart! Probably stays longer on you! I wish I did it I never have any time for more steps 😭
I love the art deco earrings !
Thank you!
Agree, Burts Bees cream eyeshadow is no Bueno.
This sweater looks SO GOOD 🤎🤎

so interesting to see other people's preferences. i ADORE champagne-golden highlights. 😳
I keep coming back to this and the orher vid to find out what eyeshadow you have , please tell😊

Actually elf is the company that makes keys soulcare that’s why there so similar lol
Love those earrings with your hair up!

I feel the same when there is a lash or hair ever so slightly touching my eyeball and I finally get it out
Wait…. This is the 2nd time you’re decluttering Hustla Baby! How funny 😂
Agree on the putty blush! I couldn’t get it to even show up then over apply it so bad!
Fun video! You know yourself, but I have a feeling you're going to regret decluttering that kokie blush. I'm hope I'm wrong but it's just so lovely. You are generous to share these with others
I totally get not wanting to toss high end products like fenty. SO hard! Have you tried the shade Girl Next Door / Chic Freak? Much pinky-er!
I don't get the hype of the putty blushes either I had the same issue and the luminous one I got I think Maui doesn't even show up on me I'm like ware is it and I just see sparkle . I don't do full coverage at all and use a light tinted moisturizer daily and still have the issue.
Love your earrings!! ❤
Hi, Kelly!! I hope you had a wonderful time, in Michigan!! I love your vlogs!! I definitely, look forward to your next one!! ❤️
LOL, why do we keep smelling things that smell bad? I have Covid and feel like p--p. I needed the laugh. Thanks for the giggle, Kelly!
I love all of your videos, but your vlogs are great!

@@Vonmacfire don't give up on the putty blush, I have dry skin and it works for me (I use the duo complexion brush to apply it
Loooove your earings

The fuzz that stuck vid....love u gal 💓
Love your vlogs
Where is your sweater from?
My fave for Wednesday morning
Thanks for watching!
The wet n wild foundation smells like paint always so maybe it's just like that and not rancid.
It definitely does lol for Kosas is famous for not using preservatives, their products go rancid way too fast. And it doesn’t smell like that when it’s new. But oh god the smell of that wet n wild foundation is giving me war flashbacks
Omg I loooovvveee your earnings!! Where can I buy them??
Kendra Scott - it’s in her description.
