Luckily this does get the stronger vills from french immigration. So with some tweaking this may hold up still. Vills still aren't idea defense but it is harder to raid.
And american minutemen are also really powerfull, plus the virginia age up gives you the minutemen card that spawns 8 of them and makes their hp last longer, couple that with the normal minutemen batches you can call and it's a somewhat solid defense against rushes
Fellas, this is absolutely ridiculous and will be nerfed into nothingness like dominions was, a truly beautiful build order 😭 enjoy her while you can Edit: I should probably have mentioned - please don't use this against an Aztec that will put 2 skull knights in your base at 4 minutes lol, it is intended for more passive match ups that will give you 6 minutes of free time (Dutch, Portuguese, Spain) It can work against rushes with culpepper minutemen but best to avoid.
I have seen 6 portugese muskets in my base just after the 4 minute mark :/. With this build you haven't even clicked to age up. Spain can also get an early mass combined with a strong eco.
It seems really good and insanely OP for team games. Seems vulnerable to hard rushes such as Jans, ashis, strelts lakota and Azzys. Can you make some vídeos showing how to hold against those?
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Sure, you have a huge economy, but that 6 minute age up time is late. He didn't scout out his opponent either here, so this looks hella dangerous. USA minutemen are really good at holding against a rush tho, so maybe thats the gameplan?
Yep, I agree with Arnonator. The US is really good at panic defence honestly. You can easily throw up minute men then throw up walls/state milita to half any push that lacks falcs. Their rush won't kill you. At best it will disrupt your greedy build. successfully "stopping" this strategy. Or maybe just delaying it if your stubborn in trying to follow it.
Loving the strength of that click bait. Dutch 1st colonial shipment is in on the floor on a 14 vill age up at the same time as you click up. Aside from that it's a really nice BO. Probably should not chop any wood what so ever and just buy from the market. Would like to see how build works vs non US civs though
Treasure: 110 food and 140 gold before click age up, and get 90 wood 80 gold later. In my test, if not get enough wood/gold treasure, we cannot age up in time.
this seems similar to the way you can do an eco FF with Russia, where you do a market start and train 20 vills in age 1 and send distributivism + eco theory and then just gather the 1200f 1000g in transition and age as soon as you hit 2, but maybe its even better

i love The United States civilizations it offers so many options for strategies is very flexible. you can adapt almost any kind of strategy you have with them
I'm not convinced. I think this still loses to Euro FF strats if pressure is applied successfully. If the game goes long the eco means a win, but it still feels too greedy and easy to rush with so many Civs with age 2 pressure.
It's a bit too slow and loses to rushes. I've seen a lot of people trying this build order before this video came out, I have 10-15 Janissaries and 3 hussaur in their base before they even hit 2, and they just outright lose. That being said I could see this being huge in team games. Better to build TP first, put vills on wood, send CDB, then get back to food, send capitalism, age up with the one with Pilgrims, transition to coin-> bank->start chopping to prepare for age 2. Get 2nd TP down if possible. Then when you age up you should be able to get down a barracks and a stable or 2 barracks. With this build, you age up significantly faster. You delay 4 vills in exchange for 1.5 coin trickle, but since you have more shipments due to early TP, you basically nonstop ship stuff in age 2 and then get 6 vills from Irish immigrants.
Drongo, how would this go against a heavy rush? Seems could b a projblem if u lost a rax or house. Either way u think Us main weakness is if rushes killed military buildings over houses

have you used the chinese immigration card. if so have you noticed that the trade posts wagons glitch sometimes and wont plant down its very frustrating
have you looked into the 12 seminole x2 card in the second age for a rush 250 food 250 wood for 12 archers is pretty good. wonder if you've looked into working that into a build order
You can get 3 factory cards. 2 are automatically added to your deck when you reach age 4. The other one is from choosing New Hampshire to get to age 3. The New Hampshire factory can be send in age 3. However you can not send a 3th factory if you still have 2. So the 3th factory can be send after you lose at least 1.
I can destroy AoE 2 Extreme AI, but the complexity and inaccessibility of AoE 3, with so many cards and buildings and differences between civs, I am completely lost half the time. I've played AoE 3 for hundreds of hours and only mastered 1-2 civs 😔
@@Jan_Vogelsang Let me list a couple of things... First, you have access to 28 exp mercs with 60 percent ranged damage and 7 speed on Age 2, you have a card that basically allows you to take over the whole trade route with minimal wood expenditure, you can reach age 2 faster than any European civ, you can get arsenal ugrades for free, you have a bank and access to factory in age three, you have up to three factories, you have more unit types than any other civ, you can replicate Spanish unction, get coreurs des bois, get settlers with wagons, you have more cards than any civ (including several repeat and infinite cards), you can boost the pop cap, etc. How is this even close to balanced? It's a pay to win civ, really.

Wow I was waiting for this video to be made, just didn't realize it would be this soon
This smells like a target for aztec skull knight rush and china age 2

Spain? Passive? Doesn't Spain FF kill this with Falcs+lancer?

this BO feels almost like an aoe 2 fast castle with the late age 2 and pumping into vils

Hello , nice video :)
One question why u care so much about exp does it give some bonus or effect in match ?
Nice strategie
As of today they patched Virginia and now they no longer offer Virginia General Assembly (ie no Capitol building in the second age)

I’ve been thinking about trying this. The stealth might be useful too.
Age2 card 700 resources+need 500 resources=1200 resources for 12 units, nothing better than other native ally card.
unFORTunate? Really bro?
Would it be worth to wait an extra 30 seconds to call the Irish immigrants and get an extra 2 settlers? Or is that just too much time
i really like age 3 in SP experience, but MP for me is way to fast. I wouldn't be able go pull any of those timings :D
People are going to rage quit vs this meta🤣🤣
Nah I’m just going to rush you hard around 5 minutes
Hmm idk I hear this BO has nightmares about double rax jans
I wish you would slow down what your doing for all us noobs just learning the game…
How can we get the 1776 coins challenge to unlock the U.S please ?
Ah, how you deal with hard rush?
5 musket from age up + 5 musket from barracks + minutemen + culpeper minutemen card
*otto double rax entered the chat*
I still can’t believe it
All of them

Irish nerf to +1 per 3 minutes incoming?
The strategy rely on gold/wood treasure, that is the big problem.
