The Elf Halo Glow was too glowy to wear on my face on its own. I covered my face with it and then I applied my foundation over it. I love Elf Makeup brushes and blushes. I highly recommend their Mineral Powder brush and dual-ended brush. I want to try their green gripping primer next!
Elf is still one of my favorite drugstore brands! I have been loving their gripping primer with niacinamide but have heard amazing things about the green one as well!
