Actally if such long truck trains become a normal, there might be some issues, for example for turning a small truck, the driver has to use so much skills, with out haphazardly designs junction, turning such long trucks could be a big issue.
Our roads (urban roads) are unable to handle ordinary semi- trucks. Road trains will disrupt all traffic. Also our highways have lot of inclines. For example just outside Bangalore on the Krishnagiri road, you’ll find traffic at a standstill many times because overloaded trucks (normal 2 axle trucks) struggle to climb at anything more than 5 kmph

Totally agree with your traffic and cleanup points. But, it takes humongous effort to fix our traffic problems and cleanliness to enforce the rules as there is lack of awareness from the roots starting from the police, so educating the police and relevant beaurcrats is one task and enforcing them to the public who is completely spoilt by their habits will be much bigger task and if string leader is persistent to fix this, it takes lot of time and effort. So, my only hope for this to really get drastic and rapid fix is to implement AI for identifying people who breaking the law just how China is currently doing.

Minimum speed of 70kph needs to be brought as well! I am tired of waiting behind a truck running at 55 overtaking another truck running at 50kph.
