Real list: never go a lone...Rubber door jams, pro duct tape to prevent doors from locking, big zip bands to restrain doors and windows, mace, headlamps and flashlights, pry bar, screwdriver,hammer, balaclava , black spray paint ,water , knife , dark clothes, and gloves. Maybe a hiviz vest as a disguise. Store in a cheap back pack you can ditch.
I wouldn’t bring screwdrivers nor pry bars. Depending where you are, those can be classified as burglary tools

If you're going to carry a knife for self-defense, be sure and include that first-aid kit, including a tourniquet, because you will get cut--plenty.

That's true. Everyone tries to wear black bc they think they look cool, but in reality it just makes them look super suspicious in daylight.
Dont stick to only black it depends on the terrain
I would recommend a hardhat and a clipboard. You would be amazed by the places you can get into just by having that on you.
Flares are a good idea sometimes. If only because they don't need batteries and can be pretty sick for some photos.
A bandanna is not to protect you from chemicals. By a respirator with organic vapor and acid gas filters
I always bring toilet paper and liquid soap in case I have to take a dump
Urbex is defined as Urban Exploration, haters are my motivators if anybody had the common knowledge of stealth within locations you have no right to enter aka trespassing you wear all black cause that best! Carrying the weapons are used for safety within a abandon location cause sometimes you'll need to defend yourself from someone who is threatening you. I've gotten caught with this gear before by cops and I told this is video for a school project.

Wearing black everything is not grey man at all, it is a highly offensive look unlike some casual wear where you just look like you are out hiking, not infiltrating and loking like you are up to no good. Obviously what you wear depends on situation and location so there is a time for dark clothing but 99% of the time I would not recommend it.

I literally wear black clothes all the time! It’s my style! If I wear clothes of a different color, I will definitely stand out! It all depends on the person, and the situation!
