I am in awe, it’s so beautiful. My Son from Louisiana was there the same time you both were there. But they went on the cruise ship. And got off everyday and they had a tour guide. MAN! This makes me miss living in Alaska. I miss that crunchy sound under my feet ;) I still have my boot snow chains. May actually need them here in the mountains this winter. They come in handy.
I MISS THOSE BERRIES! They are the best I've ever had. I would pick raspberries, blueberries and crowberries, then come back after the first frost for the cranberries.
I really hope my son gets stationed in Alaska so I can go visit....maybe his whole tour. LOL There's no place like Alaska.

Thank you for showing this trip to Alaska. I was there in "11 in the "fall" August ~ the tundra turns colors like our leaves in the mid-west but on the ground it looks like a patchwork quilt. Seeing this video brought back such wonderful memories.
