Lanmu hose with power, For Dysons, is it any good?

    I have always experienced that an increase in features (convenience) usually lowers performance.

    Narrow diameter hose is real airflow killer. I like what Lanmu was trieng to do, but it needs redesigning. That's the case with my Electrolux Precision upright. Stretch hose in it is very narrow resulting only 62 cfm from the hose. Nozzle has 76 cfm due to the unusually big diameter and short hose from bin to the nozzle. Point noting is that it has diverter valve for the hose. When wand is removed from the vacuum valve changes airflow to the hose.

      Agreed. With a few fixes this could be a much better product.
      I'd assume the narrow diameter is to ease the "pull back" on a hose but there's a major performance trade off.
