  • Just noticed i didn't put the CFM numbers in for the ET-1 it's 80.15 CFM
Due to this video I discovered an error in my last test of this machine. I incorrectly recorded the nozzle flow as 3701 when the actual reading was 3071 meaning it had around 80 CFM NOT 96 as i previously thought which makes much more sense!
Anyways despite this units lack of modern features it's a powerful and simple machine which i really appreciate. It should be noted only the P3 and P4 (current model) use the arc motor. Older models, at least the ones i've seen used the 116884 motor which was also shared with the Tristar CXL/DXL.ao

Now this is very good! Very close to my Nilfisk GM80.

I did change the handle, too. The original handle drove me insane.

That original stud really creates a lack of flexibility for collectors. The original wand was kinda neat but i'd rather be able to use the machine with various wands.

I found the setup restrictive. It's definitely not made for tall people. I agree on the variety for everyone.

@@les2998 I don't recall having issues with the height of the original wand.

It was a fixed height not adjustable.

Interesting they went smaller motor. Older models were like 10 amps and this one is 7.5 amps? Is that correct?

The tristar cxl/dxl were both rated for 7.5 as is this patriot but they clearly use a little bit more power. This uses around 1032 which is around 8.5-9 amps with the hose only where Vaclab's tristar CXL used a little more at 1150 watts

      @@Blackheartvacs interesting that’s only 118 difference.

@@nmvac82 yup but this motor has about the same amount of suction compared to vaclab's testing with stronger airflow to it. It's impressive when you consider it uses slightly less electricity
